29/03/2026: I dined at this restaurant and was extremely satisfied. The pizza is undoubtedly the highlight: the dough is light and easy to digest, topped with top-quality ingredients that are clearly distinguishable from the first bite. You can sense a careful selection of ingredients, never banal and extremely fresh. The location immediately strikes you with its impeccable order and cleanliness, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere. Special mention goes to the pizza chef: his ability to interact with customers made the difference; he was friendly, passionate, and eager to explain his culinary choices. The service was quick and efficient, managed by attentive but never intrusive staff. Finally, the quality-price ratio is excellent: rarely do you find such high quality at such fair prices.

11/12/2025: Congratulations to Pasticceria Fanelli for this cake with its delicate flavor and harmonious aesthetic. The pastry chef accommodated all our requests, and her personal touch in the artistic composition exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: The pizza. The only good thing about the place. We waited a bit to see each other, even though we had reservations. Only two waiters on a Saturday, with 70-80 people, maybe more. Even in 2025, I still see slips of loose order sheets, lost, crumpled, rewritten. The wait for pizza is notorious: 20 to 45 minutes. Appetizers are a must, so you don't drink on an empty stomach. Classic bruschetta, fried vegetables, and fries. All classic but good. It's a shame there are some cobwebs on the lights; they indicate a lack of cleanliness and attention.

12/01/2026: I give 5 stars for the location, I love these places in the wild nature, 4 stars for the dinner and the service, 2/3 for the too long lunch where the quality is lost and also the taste is lost ... but I will gladly return for the dinner where the good wine and excellent meat make the evening pleasant and casual

11/01/2026: What can I say... I've rarely felt so welcomed and pampered! This place makes me feel at home; in 2026, it's hard to find a place this "REAL"! Nothing too fancy or elaborate; the chef delights you with homemade preparations. We arrived with no expectations; the variety of dishes overwhelmed us, only quality products. Last but not least: the DJ played all afternoon for us, between beers and endless liters of wine! Coffee and liqueurs were, of course, offered. If I could give 10 stars, I would. PS: The staff was truly efficient and competent, fast, and always smiling. They danced with us. 10⭐️ from the guys at Casamassima Villa Whisky

25/12/2025: We had some appetizers and pizza, delicious and thin, just the way I like it. We also had dessert; I found the "dirty mussi" to have a salty aftertaste that wasn't normal. The price was really competitive given the central location. I would definitely go back, but I'd choose a better dessert!

06/04/2026: You can't wait AN HOUR AND A HALF for two pizzas. Customer service is zero. After all, I received a tiny pizza. The waiter claims that's the normal size for the pizza I ordered, but when I checked the menu again, the different size wasn't specified; it was placed with all the other pizzas on the menu.

13/03/2026: This is already my third time getting pizza from Pizza&Bottega in a week... and I think that says it all! 😄 The pizza is truly delicious: light dough, quality ingredients, and truly distinctive flavors. Even when ordering takeout, it always arrives perfect and incredibly tasty. Plus, the staff is always very friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. If you're in the area and want a well-made pizza, I absolutely recommend it! 🍕

29/11/2025: I feel compelled to write this review. They have truly excellent quality products. And another huge plus (which is a little hard to find these days) is the friendliness and honesty of the owner. He's truly a good guy. I go there specifically from Matera because it's worth it. Thanks

26/04/2026: This place lives up to its name, with a very nice location. We tried the burgers and they were very good, but the fries on the side seemed a bit sparse. Service was quite fast even though we were the only customers in the place. The desserts were very popular. Recommended.

23/11/2025: This disgusting pizzeria only cares about money. It was supposed to bring us the pizzas at 11pm, but at 11:30pm they still hadn't arrived. We decided to call and found out that they had the wrong number and therefore no one was answering their calls. If we had wanted the pizzas, they would have had to remake them and we would have had to pay more. Shame on you! We found ourselves having to think of another type of dinner for the whole family at 11:30pm.

16/12/2025: The prices are high, it's true, but while it's not the best bakery in the province, it's certainly in the top 10 for quality, perhaps even in Puglia. I'm not from Sammichele, but many people say so, and it's true.

08/04/2026: Yes, it's typical. If you haven't eaten anything or you've already had quite a few beers, it's fine. They taste like nothing but oil and salt. I really like traditional, typical street food, but you could spend 3 euros better, or just go with 20 people so everyone can have half a Sgagliozze.
