18/05/2026: I had been wanting to try the russ for a while, everyone was raving about the meat and they were right... there were two of us plus a little pest... we had a fillet which, as Gaetano says, is like a burr... both veal and horse sausage were delicious, a hamburger, a bombetta, two skewers of meat and the nghmred and a chip plus drinks and we paid 65 euros with a final gift of "tomorrow, feed it to the little girl" in short, a new favorite place we will go to when we take our walks in Bari... and for those who comment negatively on the prices, well, maybe you evidently never go to the butcher's to do the shopping... see you next time

06/04/2026: You can't wait AN HOUR AND A HALF for two pizzas. Customer service is zero. After all, I received a tiny pizza. The waiter claims that's the normal size for the pizza I ordered, but when I checked the menu again, the different size wasn't specified; it was placed with all the other pizzas on the menu.
13/03/2026: This is already my third time getting pizza from Pizza&Bottega in a week... and I think that says it all! 😄
The pizza is truly delicious: light dough, quality ingredients, and truly distinctive flavors. Even when ordering takeout, it always arrives perfect and incredibly tasty.
Plus, the staff is always very friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
If you're in the area and want a well-made pizza, I absolutely recommend it! 🍕

20/04/2026: No point in going there... The contents of the dishes more or less matched the menu (it all depends on whether you look at the Italian, French, or English version). Orecchiette with anchovies with two anchovies, pasta with meatballs but no meatballs... I understand the language barrier, but this is the only restaurant where the dishes we ordered weren't what we wanted. And unfortunately, the food was tasteless... There must be much better options in the area.
04/04/2026: We visited the caves and stopped here for convenience.
The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The food, if you're not demanding, isn't bad.

31/05/2026: A terrible experience in every way. After a long wait, the pizza arrived cold, with poor-quality ingredients and a rubbery, hard-to-digest dough. The service was disorganized and rude: it almost seemed like paying attention to customers was a bother. The place was noisy and not particularly well-maintained. Considering the prices, I expected a completely different level of quality. I won't be returning and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

08/11/2025: Breakfast here is truly special!! A good selection of croissants and pastries for breakfast, even unconventional ones. Excellent quality. For us, that's a given. Fast and friendly service, parking available, and outdoor seating.

05/10/2025: Let's start with the pizzas: very good, unique, easy to digest, and the place is very beautiful, there's no doubt about that, so I recommend you try them.
Moving on to things that could be improved: the one-hour wait for a pizza was truly unnerving, and for an hour (from 8:30 PM to 9:20 PM) I didn't even see a single pizza pass by; all the tables—too many—were waiting, their eyes glancing toward the entrance, looking for a pizza. The air circulation and smoke from the oven also need improvement, as cold air was coming in from outside.
I think that by working on reducing the wait during the busiest hours, they could significantly improve the overall experience.

03/11/2025: We were there on November 1st, 2025. Due to the holiday, many places, including this one, were closed. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot give a review of the food and service, but we found the grounds absolutely beautiful.
20/07/2025: The food was good, but the service wasn't.
The wine and water were brought to the table long before the main course, and the rest of the drinks arrived after the appetizers, after several requests. Since not everyone drinks wine, the guests settled for water. A real shame, because the location and food were excellent.

We visited for the first time, arrived right on time, and after an hour, we paid for what we consumed and left because the pizzas weren't even supposed to be ready after an hour. The second experience was even worse, as in addition to the cost of the additional ingredients, which was rightly charged, they added an additional €2 for having CHANGED the pizza. It's certainly not related to the €2, but my advice is that sometimes you probably shouldn't have a public business and should completely change your profession!

04/06/2026: My group and I went in, the rude owner didn't even say hello and made us wait 10 minutes just to order because she was sorting out some things, anyway I paid 6.50 for a sausage and chips, a pretty fair price, but as soon as I opened it I found a curled hair that wasn't mine on the pizza. Don't come here, I had to leave half the pizza behind.
