We loved our dinner. We ordered an appetizer of prosciutto with buffalo mozzarella. Wonderful. The Aperol, the glass of Prosecco, and the bottle of red wine my boyfriend ordered were all excellent. The main course was a shrimp risotto with Sicilian lemon. Amazing. The best shrimp risotto I've ever had. Excellent service. Perfect night.

Strolling through Monopoli's historic center, we discovered this special trattoria. We sat down without a reservation. Rustic decor and friendly staff. We ordered: hand-sliced ​​prosciutto with burrata and two plates of tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. We hadn't had such a good dinner in a long time. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend it.
