30/07/2025: Truly unreliable. Avoid if you're looking for a food truck service for a private event! Not only is he unprofessional and doesn't honor the agreements, but two days before the event (with all reservations already confirmed), he leaves you stranded and doesn't show up, sometimes pretending the truck broke down for that very date, claiming the previously agreed-upon prices and staff weren't up to par. Not only that, up until two days before the event (when the complaint arose), he never bothered to clarify any doubts or be clear about his proposals, but his complaint and subsequent absence occurred when we already had all dinner reservations confirmed. I'm not questioning the quality of the food because, alas, I've never had the chance to try it, but as far as event service goes, it's just not up to scratch. He puts you in a bind (having to scramble to find a solution given the 48-hour notice), and he can't be trusted. I'm sorry, but this service is disastrous and the procedures need to be completely revised.

09/10/2025: A very beautiful and unique place in the heart of beautiful Turin. Fabio is a very knowledgeable host...a master brewer, I dare say. He's also very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be back. Excellent products!
