09/05/2025: I am a regular visitor of the place. The food in my opinion is good. There is a big BUT. some of the ladies are very kind and very good. Other…. The short lady in particular is repeatedly rude to customers. Even to simple requests, he gives answers that are absolutely inadequate for the role he plays. She often has to criticize the behavior of her colleagues in front of everyone. Then also at the checkout it is unacceptable that there is always someone new and therefore slow. Most of the people there are on their lunch break, you can't slow down that much. It's really a shame that, seeing other negative reviews, these are not taken into consideration by the management. It's a place with really great potential.

01/08/2025: Unfortunately, I was forced to update my previous review because my last order was very disappointing. The portions were very small for the high price. I do not recommend it.

15/12/2023: Ottima gastranomia nel centro di torino. Le materie prime sono ottime e freschissime. Il personale e’ gentilissimo, ogni volta che entro la signora al banco ci accoglie sempre con la sua gentilezza e sorrisi che al giorno d’oggi sono difficili da trovare. Anche solo per lei vale la pena tornarci. :) Consigliatissimo!

19/07/2024: Excelente heladería de auténtico gelato italiano. Y a muy buen precio. El dependiente nos asesoro sobre qué helados probar y sus alérgenos. Si eres español y quieres una experiencia italiana, está es la heladería.
