26/07/2025: An excellent experience in every way. The venue is very well-kept and welcoming, both inside and out. The outdoor space and view are magnificent. The food is truly excellent, as is the wine. The service deserves a special mention, as the owner and chef were truly kind and helpful (and patient!), even with our little girls. I highly recommend it! We'll definitely be back.

20/08/2025: Terrible experience, absolutely avoid. I was deeply disappointed with this gelateria. During our visit, the staff, especially the lady in charge of the gelato, demonstrated a complete lack of respect and professionalism. While my friend was simply ordering his gelato, he was taunted with inappropriate and sarcastic jokes, as if he were a spectacle to be mocked. This was unacceptable behavior. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude to all the customers, even urging older people to "hurry up" with their flavors, despite the place being practically empty. No patience, no courtesy, just haste and rudeness. To make matters worse, we weren't even allowed to sit at the tables, even though they were completely empty. A place that should offer a moment of pleasure turned into an unpleasant and humiliating experience. We will never return, and I strongly advise anyone who values ​​respect and kindness to look elsewhere.

29/06/2025: Terrible place they made me pay for the menu of a 1 year old girl who took 2 shrimp skewers and half a salmon with my wife. Empty place I should have understood why not even eat excellent quality

29/06/2025: We have come several times, the food is average. We have always sat down, my husband, and our 1 year old daughter. You have never made us pay for her, because if she takes 1 dish it is a lot, she teases us. Today they wanted to make us pay for a whole menu for her, also said in a very rude way. Needless to say, we got up and left! Never again!

09/07/2025: I stopped here for lunch during a business trip, without a reservation, and I have to say I had a pretty good experience. The interior appears modern and tidy, with air conditioning in the summer. The menu is varied, focusing primarily on meat: there's a refrigerated counter that allows you to see the different types and cuts of meat on offer. A lunch menu is also available. The quality of the meat is quite good, and the cooking methods are always tailored to the customer's preferences. Service was fairly quick, but the staff was a bit cold.

06/06/2025: Terrible place. We waited for 1 hour and the dishes I ordered and my friend did not arrive after 1 hour. The dishes of the people who arrived after us arrived but not ours. I went to let them know and the girl tells me that she doesn't know anything and that there are dishes. Before we arrived there were only 3 tables occupied of which two were already eating. Then it filled up and the dishes had arrived before those who arrived after us and waiting an hour without seeing something to eat is absurd.

23/05/2025: This morning I had a latte macchiato, it seems excessive (to say the least) to pay €2.90 for it, especially considering it's in via vandalino. Never again

06/08/2025: Terrible coffee, perhaps the worst I've ever had. I told the waiter that the coffee was undrinkable and still in the cup, but he wasn't at all concerned.

29/07/2025: A warm welcome despite the language barrier (we're French). And they were very adaptable to our child: they were served first so he wouldn't get impatient, they lent markers to keep him occupied, and they had smiles... so welcome when you go to a restaurant with your little one! :) Friendly service and very good, well-served, traditional cuisine! Bravo and thank you.

19/04/2025: I went to Emilia today, even for those like me who don't consume alcohol they offer excellent alternatives between kombucha and cider. Personally I tried the cider which I really appreciated, and on top of that the staff at the counter were very pleasant and made my stay in this very nice place, in Corso San Maurizio, a truly pleasant experience! I will definitely be back! Highly recommended!!!

11/03/2025: I never comment but this time it's really too much to say nothing. I don't even know where to begin to describe this terrible experience. We enter and in addition to ignoring us, after a while they make us "seat" at the back of the room near the bathroom even though there was practically no one there. I therefore politely ask if we can move to another table and the girl, in a very unkind manner, makes me understand that we are not and that those seats can be used by groups of 4 people (there were 2 of us but in any case they were small square tables with two chairs...). The worst thing, however, was the service: we ask for two glasses of wine, they arrive to bring it to us and we are served a pre-prepared glass, without showing us the bottle and the glass was not even a wine glass. What do you gain by treating new customers like this? I will definitely never enter this place again.

29/05/2025: This time, paying €4.50, or rather nine euros, because I bought 2 pre-cooked skewers or old, dry, hard ones is just not good and it's not fair, especially considering that I always buy them and I never say anything about the price because they're good, but this time, no.

06/05/2025: An institution in Turin! Modern shop. Excellent food. Friendly staff. Correct prices. In times of need it is a must. It's just a shame that there is always very little parking.

19/06/2025: Nice place, contemporary and clean with enough space for a stroller. The staff are very nice. EDIT: just realized that we were charged 13€ for a coffee, an Americano and gum 😒. Which is very expensive for Turin, so probably we paid for the other couple having lunch.

29/04/2025: I ate an excellent panini there and saw a very good, very strong coffee. I really liked this pretty cafe.

18/07/2025: Total disappointment – little attention paid to those with intolerances. A truly negative experience. We went to this restaurant with high expectations, but were very disappointed. My fiancé is celiac, and despite carefully reading the menu, it wasn't clearly specified which dishes contained gluten. We ordered a dish that seemed safe, but only after we started eating did we realize it contained flour. We immediately reported the matter to the staff, but their only reaction was to remove the dish from the table, without apology, without offering an alternative, much less a refund, or even the slightest bit of extra attention. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially when health is involved. A restaurant that doesn't properly manage allergies or food intolerances puts its customers at risk. We won't return and we don't recommend it.

06/07/2025: Beautiful and classic Japanese restaurant in Corso Casale where the iconic Rock cafe once stood. The restaurant is elegant and well-kept and is managed by several members of a kind and attentive staff. The food is classic with an "all you can eat" formula if desired, but with an eye to the high quality of the preparations. Average prices for the type of restaurant. Now a point of reference for lovers of Asian cuisine in the Madonna Del Pilone area.
