21/06/2025: We took some take-away pizzas, a real shame.... the dough was raw, both the pan ones and the normal ones... the dough, in addition to being raw, was without salt... completely failed

30/06/2025: I must have arrived on the wrong day but we are not there! Too bad because the environment seems promising and has potential! Asked if it was possible to have a very simple pasta in bianco, they brought us agnolotti dipped in oil and gnocchi butter and sage in abundance, as per the menu of the day (the owner said that there was no other pasta and the order arrived like this). Let's leave aside the rest.. If you decide to have lunch in this place, I recommend the sandwiches that seemed really good (2 motorcyclists who arrived at closing time of the kitchen, had to "settle" for the sandwiches but I must say that compared to us, their experience was certainly better!). I give the three stars for the context that is really worth the visit but for the rest it leaves much to be desired (but I repeat, maybe I hit the wrong day!..)

16/03/2025: book 3 pizzas in the morning for the evening, margherita 4 cheeses and Tyrolean! arrived 15/30 minutes late, semifreddo and also in baby size (never asked for) plus 2 tiramisu packaged like snacks of ridiculous size and taste! then I call them and they also tell me that the pizzas are the correct size... terrible

31/07/2025: Move on! A pizza that was overcooked on the bottom and undercooked on the top, no topping on another pizza, and it wasn't cut even though I asked for it, just to make us pay for the covers. The servers are very friendly with the locals but much less so with the tourists. I paid for four covers even though we only opened one. Really very disappointed.

26/07/2025: In cerca di un posto per fare colazione ilsabato mattina, entrata per caso con la mia amica, siamo rimaste piu' che soddisfatte. Posto delizioso in stile shabby, personale gradevole, caffè e dolci molto buoni. Straconsigliato.

18/07/2025: Pessimo! Pagato 11€ per 2 caffè e 2 brioche, una tazza e cucchiaino sporchi, personale poco cortese e soprattutto il cassiere arrogante. Ci siamo sentite derubate perché non c’è stata data nessuna informazione che al tavolo i prezzi lievitavano a quel modo. Mai più!

06/07/2025: I stopped at this bar for a quick coffee, during a morning at Baloon, the vintage market where you can find everything, I on that occasion some really interesting vinyls at an incredible price. The barista was very kind and friendly, the place was really strange, but in the positive sense of the word, the joyful noise of the Baloon outside... In short, I think that if I come back here again, I will stop a second time, maybe to eat something too.

20/06/2025: Nice atmosphere and friendly waitress, but expensive and poor quality food (the black rice looked like supermarket ready-made rice). I won't be back.

12/08/2025: I gave it one star because: starting from the name "il buongustaio-trattoria toscana," there's nothing Tuscan about it, except for a first course with a fictional Maremma-style ragù. When I asked the lady what it was, she couldn't explain the ingredients. My companion then ordered an expensive and low-quality hamburger, while I "relied" on the trio of Piedmontese appetizers, of which the only redeeming feature was the veal with tuna sauce; I can't comment on the rest. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

23/07/2025: The food is good, if you can get it. The menu selection is very limited, and most of it isn't even available. The online photos promise a lot, but they can't be from there. The service is completely overwhelmed. Absolutely not recommended.

30/05/2025: A delicious pizza in a simple and familiar place where you will be welcomed by the very nice pizza chef friend of mine and his brother who goes around for take-away deliveries. We have visited many pizzerias but there are none like this one in Turin! Well done guys, keep it up! Giada and Fabio
