21/08/2025: The staff is friendly, young, and professionally trained—a very nice combination. The food is excellent, the location is beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. Go there!

03/09/2025: When the espresso is good (indeed, excellent) without having to add sugar, you know you're in the right place.... Even for loose-leaf teas.

28/08/2025: We're foreigners. We ordered gelato and ground coffee. We sat on the terrace and were kicked out, saying we couldn't eat gelato (cones) there. Goodbye.

15/08/2025: One star is even too much. I was lured in for Ferragosto by a flyer given to me at the cheese counter at the Alba market by the owner's daughter, who said it would be a homemade lunch with local products and cooked by her grandmother. Terrible food, industrial cured meats, and crappy packaged foods. The cake was two pre-baked layers with a bit of industrial cream in the center. A waste of money. If I went to McDonald's, I'd eat much better. Never again... A rip-off.

15/08/2025: August 15th to forget.. poor quality and poor food. Never again..! We were attracted by a flyer advertising the August 15th lunch with a nice caption "my grandmother cooks, nothing else, everything packaged and plated 🤢. Money wasted!

22/08/2025: No desire to do their job well. They asked for an affogato, which is coffee and ice cream for those who aren't in the business like those who work at Perugina. The result was a sundae with pieces of marron glacé and ice cream: €8. Nothing to reproach them for; those who don't want to do their job should find something else.

20/07/2025: A two-flavor ice cream for €3, okay, with the opening of the tube you have to dare, but let it be two, not one and a half, because the most popular flavor is just to be tasted.

20/08/2025: If they could restore the petanque/bocce courts, it would be a blessing. It's difficult to find, extremely beautiful. Some experience with scopa or all card games is also good. Highly recommended.

25/04/2025: We have been coming to this pizzeria again and again for 25 years now. The view of the Alps is fantastic and the pizza is also okay. Now the next generation has apparently taken over the shop and that has honestly become a big disadvantage here. Where you used to always receive friendly and courteous service, you are now no longer paid attention to or are intentionally left sitting. On a visit in 2024 we had to wait over 90 minutes for food. And while waiting, no one asked if I would like something to drink. It's a shame that the new generation of operators have turned the experience into a real fiasco. We won't eat here anymore. After all, there are a lot of really good alternatives in the region.

21/04/2025: In occasioni come il pranzo di Pasqua si rischia spesso di incappare in delusioni, con prezzi non all'altezza della qualità offerta. Invece lo staff della Vecchia Giacobba ha saputo offrire un buonissimo pranzo di Pasqua, con quantità e qualità delle portate degna della migliore tradizione piemontese. Servizio cortese e in tempi ragionevoli, prezzo adeguato (40 euro vini inclusi) senza rinunciare ad un rapporto informale ed amichevole con i clienti. Allego la foto del menù, tutti piatti ottimi, tranne i ravioli che purtroppo non erano all'altezza. Bevande: prosecco di benvenuto, favorita o arneis, barbera Vinchio Vaglio, vino da dessert dolce o secco, caffè e digestivo e naturalmente acqua tutto compreso nel prezzo. Per ogni portata minimo due passaggi. Direi che non si può pretendere di più......

11/08/2025: Excellent food at fair prices, large and clean place

03/08/2025: We ate there last night with the whole family. There was a storm, which wasn't their fault, but they could see us, and it started to rain heavily above our heads. The point is, they just stood there and didn't care about us, I'm talking about after half an hour of dripping... can we change tables? I said... the waitresses seemed confused, so we ended up moving... the best part was, they didn't even apologize; in fact, both the owner and the cashier snapped, laughing in our faces. P.S.: €81 bill paid without any discount, without an apology. Highly not recommended.

20/07/2025: On Saturday 12/07 I took the family to eat at this restaurant, unfortunately a negative experience, mainly the food was inadequate and some things were unpresentable, the place in general a bit dirty and the prices absolutely not appropriate, a bit too much for what we ate... the only positive thing was the kindness and politeness of the owner... and to say that we had already been there three times but we had to change our minds...

04/06/2025: Excellent Bar Restaurant in the center of Saluzzo, corner of Corso Italia, Via Silvio Pellico. Compliments to the staff, all very friendly and professional.

12/08/2025: With years and years of experience, if you want to try Saluzzo's most beloved dessert, you have to go to Delsoglio.

27/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale per una cena tra amici...un menù deciso in precedenza col proprietario....una serata pessima nonostante l ottima compagnia....una musica assordante con un cantante stonato che urlava e basta...un buffet di antipasti quasi ridicolo...un primo saltato completamente, assolutamente dimenticato nonostante il menù concordato...la carne immangiabile...cameriere scorbutiche ...davvero nn riesco a trovare un pregio . Assolutamente DA EVITARE!!

27/04/2025: Simple environment, it's the restaurant you don't expect. Very nice, good dishes, great technique from the chef. Family run. Excellent fish even if there is no sea in Cuneo, but the chef from Salento knows a lot about the quality of the fish.

31/08/2025: I went to this bar on Friday morning and had breakfast with a croissant and a coffee. If I had to make a short list: - The place isn't too big and is a bit vintage. It could use a few minor changes, like brightening it up a bit, but overall it's fine. - Regular service: Since there were a few people ahead of me, both at the counter and at tables, they served me within 5 minutes. - Coffee: It was hot, and they made me a Lavazza, which is one of my favorites. - Croissaint: I had the chocolate one, and it was good and fresh. - Bathroom: I used the bathroom and found it clean. - Prices: Average - Staff: Friendly - Pastries: I'm not a big fan of sweets, but if you like them, you'll find something you'll like. Positive experience, I recommend!

20/07/2025: It took me 30 minutes to order, I asked what was left, made my choice, then waited another 10 minutes until they told me they'd run out of the items I'd ordered. We left, which was a shame because I saw some beautiful, and I imagine delicious, croissants passing by.

14/07/2025: personale cordiale e attento. La cucina propone un menu variegato che spazia tra terra e mare, con piatti del giorno che affiancano e arricchiscono le proposte stagionali. Oltre alla tradizione locale e a una selezione di pizze ben realizzate, l’atmosfera conserva il fascino industriale del passato, già piacevole ma con ulteriori potenzialità da valorizzare. Un’esperienza conviviale e genuina, da provare.

22/06/2025: Di ritorno da un weekend al mare ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante dove abbiamo trovato un personale molto gentile e piatti ben cucinati. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è fra i migliori visti recentemente…Consiglio vivamente !
