26/08/2025: The room was beautiful, warm, and welcoming, in perfect Alpine style. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful, always smiling, even at the end of a very busy day. The breakfast was excellent.

03/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati per un pranzo veloce, abbiamo ordinato 3 porzioni di lasagne e una crepes al prosciutto e formaggio. Il cibo e’ stato riscaldato (poco) e si capiva perfettamente che non era fresco…qualità pessima.

04/05/2025: Il primo posto diventa ci siamo fermati appena arrivati nelle langje, ancora prima di andare nella struttura ricettiva. Ragazze molto simpatiche , purtroppo non so il nome della ragazza che ci ha servito al tavolo, ma è stata molto disponibile a rispondere a tutte le domande che le abbiamo fatto, essendo la prima volta nelle langhe. Siamo poi tornati una secondo volta. Grazie mille ragazze per la vostra simpatia e gentilezza. Buon lavoro , buona bici, buon tutto

03/05/2025: mi dispiace dissociarmi dalle recensioni positive degli altri utenti, ma la mia esperienza non è stata così favorevole. Mi sono fermato per un pranzo veloce nel mio giro nelle Langhe in questo ristorante. La location è bella su un terrazzo all'ingresso del paese ed il servizio è anche attento. Il punto dolente è nella qualità del piatto che ho scelto tagliatelle al ragù di fassona che sinceramente ho trovato al livello di quelle servite in una mensa. Anche il primo scelto da mia moglie non è stato di gran livello. Per due primi, due calici di vino e due bottigliette d'acqua abbiamo pagato 54 euro, un prezzo non eccessivo se la qualità fosse stata buona. Probabilmente una giornata storta che ci può anche stare.

16/01/2025: Small bar in the historic center of Mondovì run by very nice young girls who did everything they could to accommodate me and my husband who had taken refuge in the small but packed place to have a hot drink given the winter cold.

25/07/2025: We found ourselves having to defend ourselves and being mocked because, after waiting 45 minutes for lunch, we refused uncooked rice, asked for two limoncellos that weren't available, and were instead given half a portion of overcooked pasta with just butter. We were also attacked as pretentious by regular customers we hadn't consulted. We emphasize our firm and polite tone. Absurd!!!! We strongly advise unfortunate tourists not to spend 25 euros like that. Dr. Bellini.

25/05/2025: Clean and welcoming place. Traditional Piedmontese dishes, prepared with top quality ingredients and cooked as they once were. Homemade ravioli del plin, which are truly delicious even if enjoyed without condiments. Also business lunches. Normal prices. Recommended

17/05/2025: Reading the other reviews, I can't figure out if I was unlucky or the others who judge based on the color of the walls. At 8.05pm we were seated at the table, at 8.28pm the bread and water arrived. When we asked for a glass of wine, the glasses disappeared and came back already full, it's the first time that the wine is not tasted by the diner first, then poured. After a mathusalemnic wait, the time has finally come to order with a menu that jumps from one table to another as there is only one. About an hour after our arrival. I order a tagliata, the only one not of ungulate, and the preferred cooking method is not requested: they decided the method, fortunately eating the meat almost raw was fine for me, but not with everyone it would have been like that. The preferred type of cooking must be requested, it may not be shared by the chef, but it must be requested! We start eating about 90 minutes after our arrival stuffed with slightly raw bread. I hear our neighbors at the table ordering zabaglione and receive as a response: if you have time to waste because the chef is nervous... 80% of the menu based on fish with an asterisk. In short, in a town of 100 inhabitants at 800 meters above sea level, can you ever have a fish-based menu? I would have expected something more substantial, maybe a good wild boar, a bit of polenta... no, we're not there, it didn't satisfy me at all.

02/05/2025: Fantastic experience. We found the restaurant on thefork and it turned out to be a wonderful discovery. We ordered several menus and each was better than the other. The price is far too cheap for absolutely superior quality. The environment is also very welcoming. Amazing chef!

17/08/2025: We went to eat mixed fried Piedmontese food on August 15th (booked for 5 people, including 3 vegetarians and 2 non-vegetarians). When booking, we were told to remember the 3 vegetarian items when paying so we could get a discount on the total price. Positive points (few): a slightly meager Alba raw meat appetizer, a varied mixed fried food that was good but not excellent, punctual service, negative points: to make room for more people, the internal room was packed with no possibility of comfortable tables (all very narrow and cramped), no air conditioning and simple fans on a hot day and with only the draft from a window and the entrance in a closed room... Not even pigs are offered a similar arrangement, moreover serving mixed fried food that raised the temperature significantly in an already hot environment... Furthermore, the exit from the kitchen near the only bathroom was always with the door open and an excessive coming and going of people with unpleasant odors in the room... Then when it came to the bill they made us pay in full for all five of us, not respecting the agreement of the discount for the 3 vegetarians made over the phone.... In conclusion, it is a restaurant that has potential but to make money it minimizes the customer's culinary experience by sacrificing comfort and basic services... Negative rating 80%... I do not recommend it!

16/08/2025: Guys, this is an old-school trattoria. The owners are kind but have been working hard for too long. It's a place from the '80s, but it does its job. The food is plentiful and really good. Lunch feels like you're at Grandma's.
