Bistrot San Chiaffredo In Crissolo

A charming place, both for the restaurant itself and for the spectacular view of Monviso and its mountain range, recently run by a small group (four or five) of young people (all under 25, I'd say), who are capable, courteous, and, given the times, even courageous. The dishes we tasted, mostly traditional Piedmontese, were all highly appreciated for their quality, quantity, and even presentation, more reminiscent of a city restaurant than a mountain restaurant. What more can I say? Congratulations, and let's hope their courage and (undoubted) skill pay off. They deserve it.

Young guys with great hopes, lots of stuff and then 80 meters away there is a beautiful sanctuary, worth going to, recommended

The staff is friendly, young, and professionally trained—a very nice combination. The food is excellent, the location is beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. Go there!

A very nice little place, well-run by young people who put a lot of effort into it, and this reassures us vacationers who hope for a new life for Crissolo. Excellent food, excellent aperitifs with a platter. Well done guys. Keep it up and we tourists will "help" you.

Abbiamo pranzato di domenica al Bistrot. Avevamo prenotato per 9 persone e ci hanno riservato la veranda, all’aperto ma coperto, con una vista stupenda. Abbiamo potuto portare anche il cane. Il cibo è buono e il personale, giovane, molto gentile e professionale. Per me una bella esperienza.
