Great location Excellent pizza with high-quality ingredients

⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent gourmet experience in Cherasco! ​I was delighted to try the menu at Il Giardino del Clicquot pizzeria and restaurant. ​The real highlight is the double-baked dough (baked first, blast chilled, and then finished on the spot): the result is a pizza served in slices that's incredibly crispy, light, and highly digestible. A truly expertly crafted recipe that significantly elevates the product. ​I chose a fantastic combination: PGI tomatoes, Tropea onions crafted to be soft and delicate, 'nduja, and a very fresh burrata to balance the spicy kick. A perfectly executed balance of flavors. ​The setting is beautiful and refined, and the service was impeccable and fast. I give it a full and well-deserved 4 stars, keeping the fifth star as a reserve to maintain this excellent level on future visits. I'll definitely be back!

A truly lovely place, despite being right in the center, that maintains privacy for those who desire it. The service is simple and efficient, but very attentive, and the food is high-quality and well-prepared.
