04/07/2026: Terrible. I was charged three times on my ATM card, but they didn't have any record of it. They said it was my bank's fault and that they'd had other cases (in fact, there were people complaining about the same thing).
Bottom line: They invited me back if the charges hadn't been reversed within a few days.

P.S. We went to eat somewhere else (where the ATM worked properly).
A place to avoid.

Ordering here is like opening a mystery box: you never know what you'll find. I ordered a wrap, but it was so tough it probably saw Ronald McDonald's birth. The bacon fries? The bacon must have quit before it hit my tray.
The funniest part is that they get the order wrong so often that I'd be surprised if they got one right.
Now I understand why Burger King exists. At least there, what I order is what arrives.
Thanks for reminding me to check the bag like I'm at customs. I won't be back until you learn that reading an order isn't an impossible challenge.
⭐☆☆☆☆ "Fast food" yes... but only in finding a way to get the order wrong.

05/07/2026: We stopped by this place for lunch after a morning at the outlet.
The place wasn't very busy, so the service was pretty quick, but I wasn't crazy about the food... Some dishes had strange flavors, and the food was generally mediocre, and I think even low quality. Let's just say that for the same price, you can easily find better.
It's a shame because the place is nice.
And lastly, it might seem silly, but at every sushi place I've been, they give you a free fortune cookie at checkout. Here, not even that courtesy.
I don't think I'll be back.
22/06/2026: Inside, after confirming the number of diners, you are accompanied to the table(s), the menu is activated on the tableb, after the electronic order, the dishes arrive, at the beginning of service the waiter only takes the drinks, with the 17.90 euro menu, you order everything you want and not just sushi but also Chinese and Asian cuisine, excellent quality/price, highly recommended.

24/12/2025: They're incredibly slow, and they never have savory breakfasts (I've been there several times and they always have an excuse, or they make you order and then ask if you want anything else). It's often dirty. I absolutely don't recommend it.

02/06/2026: This evening, or rather this morning, June 2, 2026, at 1:25 AM, I arrived at the MC Drive at Porta Marengo and got in line with the other cars. A vehicle with four guys in front of us took 13 minutes just to order. I arrived at the order counter at 2:00 AM sharp, and he told me he couldn't even let me wait because it was already closed. I told him I just needed to order a Coke for my son, and he refused even though he already had the money in hand. I have to give my compliments to whoever was in charge on duty. I'll never set foot in this place again as long as I live.
22/05/2026: Every time this shift comes to breakfast at 7:00, the lines are miles long and they can't get organized. Want to check out McDonald's?

02/06/2026: It's like eating at your grandmother's house. Simple dishes, all homemade and handmade, from the starter to the main course to dessert. The price is fair. And those who say it's expensive aren't right. Home-cooked food and a family atmosphere don't mean you have to pay anything. I highly recommend it.

02/04/2026: Today my sister and I went to 20, which would probably be the fifth time we've gone together. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The aperitif was exquisite and delicious. Their prices are unbeatable compared to the average in Alessandria. The place is truly beautiful and spacious. I recommend it for an aperitif to share, dinner, or something else, as the atmosphere is pleasant. Go there, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!!!!!!
09/03/2026: Good morning, this morning, March 9, at 6:30 a.m., on my way to work, I decided to treat myself to a nice croissant like yours with lots of nice chocolate. I really like them... and I also decided to get a nice take-away cappuccino to drink while it's hot before going to work... but unfortunately, the lady who was serving the bar, busy chatting with a guy at the counter, paid more attention to him, serving me a nice cold cappuccino... a serious failure both towards the customer and in terms of professionalism... the lady needs to review the basic rules of catering... I'll try again... let's hope for the best, I'm confident...

04/05/2026: The staff were very unpleasant, especially the woman at the till who also served the sandwiches. She was rude and threw our sandwiches onto the counter as if they were dirty... Avoid this place, even for the mediocre sandwiches.
