14/12/2025: Terrible, terrible experience. I ordered takeaway. He forgot the POS and forced me to get dressed and go to the pizzeria to pay since I didn't have cash on me. I ordered a white prosciutto with arugula. I want to HEAT up the prosciutto. Congratulations. I really think we'll change pizzerias. I've had several problems with the farinata. Once they even forgot to put it in and replaced it with a foccia di Recco. I'm speechless.

19/11/2025: The food is really good, really. But there's one big problem that ruins the experience: why don't you have free Wi-Fi? There's almost no signal inside: you can't make calls, you can't check anything on your phone. It's the 21st century, and a place without a connection these days is truly a major drawback. I really hope you'll consider it, because it would be a major improvement for all your customers.

14/11/2025: Never again! Dirty inside, windows to be cleaned, arrogant staff and I didn't like the man's behavior! Very unfriendly and I didn't like the atmosphere in the bar! Never again... exorbitant prices €2.50 for a roll! In Milan for €2.50 you can eat terrible pastries 🥐

06/12/2025: I bought a €25.90 poke from them for my birthday. The girl at the counter was amazed by all the ingredients I put in it, and in three years of business, no one has ever ordered such a large poke from them. I consider it the best, most expensive, and heaviest poke in Alessandria. I recommend everyone try their poke, and in fact, I eat there often, and it's become my go-to poke place. Excellent food, great prices, and the staff are incredibly kind.

21/01/2026: My son went to this guesthouse with his girlfriend, and unfortunately, the welcome wasn't the best. No shower because there was no hot water. He politely asked if he could change rooms. The answer was no. Even worse, sleeping on those dirty mattresses left my son with a severe rash called impetigo all over his body! After all this, at checkout, he asked if they'd at least give him something back. The answer was no. Next time, we'll give you a discount! But next time, they won't be there. They'll choose by car, at least it's cleaner! You found some kids and took advantage of them! A guesthouse like this shouldn't even exist!

20/01/2026: The water wasn't hot, and on top of that, he didn't give me anything for compensation, and on top of that, I found yellowish spots on my face. I went to the doctor and he told me it was a parasite, and now, 10 days later, they've appeared all over my body. And after that, I wrote to the owner and he told me it wasn't his fault.

15/03/2026: March 14, 2026. New management that seems to be off to a good start. Delicious pizza made with quality ingredients. Prices are moderately low, and the same can be said for breakfast. This place was needed in town. Well done.

06/02/2026: The photos speak for themselves... Thin-crust pizzas, and most importantly, no toppings... There was only tomato, TOO MUCH! Very disappointed... the only positive note was the delivery guy, who was very kind!

25/10/2025: Tried the pizza by the meter, good but not 100% as expected... Prices are ok for the quality, medium-high level, unfortunately we are far from the south...

19/11/2025: I took two piadinas to take away and it was quick to prepare also because the piadinas are the ones from the supermarket not made in the oven, all in all as a taste and good for when I want to eat a kebab piadina I want to feel more of the meat flavor rather than the chips, disappointing as for the quantity of meat, it was only full of chips.

17/08/2025: I went to this agriturismo for lunch today with friends and unfortunately I have to give it a negative review. The menu was limited, and first they told us over the phone that there was a children's menu for the kids, but then it wasn't possible to have it. When we asked for a second course, which included a very poorly cooked tagliata, they replied in a rude tone that there was nothing else available, and nothing for the kids who couldn't eat the tough and poorly cooked tagliata. The staff was unhelpful, unfriendly, and not at all attentive to the customer. The pool was unusable and dirty. I obviously don't recommend it. I travel often and try to review as much as possible to help people choose restaurants or places to visit, and honestly, it's been a while since I've found a place like this.

12/10/2025: Nice and elegant place. Friendly staff, but the prices have definitely gone up too much: €4 for two flavors! The pistachio flavor didn't arrive. The coffee and cheesecake flavors were good.

24/09/2025: The prices are unclear, as a €3.00 cone only includes one scoop, which is very small. The flavors are decent because they're more original than usual. But nowhere is it specified that if you order a small cone, one scoop will fit, and since it's unclear, the customer is told. Never again.

24/07/2025: The pizza wasn't very good, you could clearly tell the ingredients were of poor quality.

27/05/2025: locale carino, personale gentile.piatti curati. Pizza napoletana e allora forza Napoli. É come stare in famiglia, accoglienza, attenzione, cordialitá e simpatia sono gli ingredienti del saraceno, oltre ad una pizza fritta fantastica.

26/12/2025: I'm a regular customer at the drive-thru, and they regularly get orders wrong. Before leaving, you always have to check to see if the food delivered matches what you ordered, because they often forget part of it. Now they even charge you 15 cents for a paper bag with handles; if you refuse, they don't even give you cup holders, but they give them to you loose. Rather than making it easier to transport food from the restaurant to your home, the company apparently thinks it's funny when people shower with cola.

17/02/2026: Tipo pub, molto affollato, va bene per uno spuntino ma non per la cena. Gli hamburger non ci sono piaciuti, niente di speciale e i primi nemmeno. Carbonara annegata nell'uovo. Tagliere di salumi e formaggi buono ma quantità prezzo non conveniente. Posizione buona perché vicino al castello dove c'è ampio parcheggio.

07/02/2026: Truly a wonderful place, both for the interior and the food. I had nachos with beef and cheddar, which were out of this world, and for dessert I had a berry cheesecake, which I think was the best I've ever had in my life.
