05/09/2025: I asked for a cake, but they sent me another one that didn't match the photo I'd sent.
I called them, and the owner asked me to return the cake, pointing out the problem. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to bring it back due to unforeseen commitments, so I had to keep it, hoping it was good.
That evening, I cut it open and discovered a layer of aluminum foil inside the cake, covering a heart-shaped Styrofoam tray: this is SHAMEFUL, UNACCEPTABLE, and dangerous!

26/12/2025: I'm a regular customer at the drive-thru, and they regularly get orders wrong.
Before leaving, you always have to check to see if the food delivered matches what you ordered, because they often forget part of it.
Now they even charge you 15 cents for a paper bag with handles; if you refuse, they don't even give you cup holders, but they give them to you loose.
Rather than making it easier to transport food from the restaurant to your home, the company apparently thinks it's funny when people shower with cola.

21/12/2025: A good hotel for a truck driver to relax. The room has a TV, toilet, and shower! There's hot water, too—just turn on the tap and wait 2-3 minutes for it to come on. There's a bar on the ground floor, but I didn't order anything there. There's a grocery store a 30-minute walk away where you can buy food! 44.770804, 8.735755
06/12/2025: "I was extremely disappointed with this hotel in Italy. Unsanitary conditions were everywhere, there was no hot water, and I paid 50 euros for my stay. The restaurant left much to be desired, and overall, everything else was not up to par. I would not recommend it."

04/01/2026: This time it went terribly: cold sandwich... soft and cold fries. Strawberry milkshake arrived milky white and tasteless, no napkins. Long wait and greasy tables. Drive-through is better.

Empty restaurant on a Thursday. Opens at 7, we came in at 7:15 to an empty place. Owner kicked us out and made us wait outside in -3C for 45 minutes for no reason. When we came back and requested one of the many empty tables, she wouldn’t let us sit and made us sit at a tiny corner by the door. We tried to request another arrangement and she proceeded to scream at us and kick us out while complaining that we don’t speak Italian.
This lady deserves to be thrown out into the street herself for treating paying customers this way. The place may be good, but we’ll never know because they clearly don’t want business.
Save yourself the hassle and don’t even think about coming here.
17/12/2025: I'm very satisfied, and I'll gladly return whenever I can. I recommend the ravioli and the best vitello tonnato I've ever eaten. Excellent wine, of course...in the Gavi region! I'll definitely be back, even though I live far away.

31/01/2026: A nice pub. We walked in without a reservation on a Friday at 8:00 PM, and it was a lucky break, as it filled up within 20 minutes. The burgers were good, the bread soft and fragrant, and the beer the waiter recommended (a bitter red), I don't remember the name... was amazing.
Everyone was friendly and helpful.
We'll definitely be back.

24/12/2025: They're incredibly slow, and they never have savory breakfasts (I've been there several times and they always have an excuse, or they make you order and then ask if you want anything else). It's often dirty. I absolutely don't recommend it.

05/10/2025: Right in the center of Acqui, just a few meters from the fountains, this poke place offers excellent quality and moderate prices. The staff are friendly, the selection is good, and orders are quick.
27/08/2025: A good place for a quick lunch. The kitchen is open and everything always seems clean and tidy, as do the ingredients.
The music is awful (but that's my personal opinion) and the portions aren't generous for the price (€15 for a small poke with water).
