01/08/2026: A truly disappointing experience. From the very beginning of the evening, the owner was rude and disrespectful. We saw him rudely address the people at the next table, and later, he tried to close an umbrella over people who were still seated, without worrying about the risk of hitting them, despite someone pointing this out to him. When it came time to pay, he also abruptly sent away a couple who asked to be seated, even though there were several tables still free. The bill was even more unpleasant. The owner calculated the amount in front of us, and the total was €84.50. While we were paying in cash, he first said, "€80 is fine," and then immediately claimed he had miscalculated, suddenly bringing the total to €90. We paid without arguing, but we were left feeling very perplexed. Finally, after collecting the payment, he said goodbye without handing us a receipt. When we asked for it, he walked away without giving it to us. Beyond the food, what really struck us was the complete lack of courtesy, customer service, and transparency. It's an experience we can't recommend.

14/06/2026: A classic local trattoria where the food is good, but unfortunately the service, timing, and manners are terrible! I won't waste time detailing the various problems of the evening, just that the bald waiter with a tattoo on his right arm, who is about 55/60 years old, should be fired immediately! I feel sorry for the owner who keeps losing customers. We will never go to this pizzeria again, GUARANTEED!

01/05/2026: I had a cappuccino and a slice of chocolate cake. I must say that this café has made quality its hallmark. The cappuccino was well-structured, the milk foam was like thick cream, the milk had a distinct flavor, and the coffee was good quality. A textbook cappuccino. The chocolate cake was not burned, it was perfect, the texture was just right, and the flavor was fresh and pleasant.

27/07/2026: Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. The reason isn't the food or the service, but the total lack of customer service. The episode that left me most perplexed was the bruschetta. The menu offered the option of ordering three or four bruschettas, and we chose the four-piece. Later, still feeling a bit peckish, we asked if we could order two more, but were told it wasn't possible because the portions were only three or four. Frankly, I don't understand the logic: if we had already ordered a four-piece and ordered two more, the total would still be six bruschettas, equivalent to two three-pieces. Truly incomprehensible inflexibility. The same situation occurred with dessert. I ordered the apple pie served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, while my friend, being intolerant, asked if it was possible to have just the scoop of ice cream. Again, the answer was no, because their concept dictates that gelato be served exclusively with cake. I understand the establishment's approach, but when it comes to dietary requirements, I think a little flexibility is in order. And it's a real shame, because the food is good and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Andrea, an extremely kind, attentive, and professional young waiter who tried his best to accommodate us. Unfortunately, however, the kitchen's rigidity ruined what could have been a truly enjoyable experience.

26/04/2026: We tried this restaurant and were really pleased. The bruschetta is excellent, made with excellent, quality ingredients; you can really taste the difference. The wine is also worth it: if you know how to choose, you can find some truly excellent bottles. The service was impeccable, with great availability and friendliness from the staff, always attentive and welcoming. My only advice: it's best to make a reservation, as the place is quite small and fills up quickly. Overall, a very positive experience!

12/04/2026: The pizza here is always a guarantee, and so is the fish, still cooked in the traditional home style. The desserts taste like they're made at home, and they even make excellent artisanal limoncello. Since I prefer substance to appearance, I won't give the place any importance. It's certainly a bit vintage, but sometimes you can have less fashion and more quality!

29/03/2026: I wanted to compliment this nightclub. I went there for the first time yesterday (I'm from Genoa) and I really enjoyed it, especially the security system. Everyone was so kind, even to the "kids" who were trying to make the usual senseless noise. Really well done. The evening and music were excellent, especially for the theme. We'll be back more often. 14/07/2026: ⚠️ Warning: Organized Theft!!! We were there with our two young children. During our visit, we were apparently being watched by four unknown individuals in McDonald's. After we left the restaurant and headed back to our car, we were attacked right in front of our children. The perpetrators used pepper spray and forcibly stole my Rolex. I advise all visitors to be especially careful in this area and keep a close eye on their valuables. I got the impression that the restaurant staff didn't react appropriately. No one helped, and the manager was apparently collaborating with the criminals! We were also very dissatisfied with the assistance we received from the police.

07/07/2026: We arrived at 9:15 PM. There was a long line at the cash register, but we ordered right away, paying on the monitor. "Order time 9:18 PM." The time we ate was "10:30 PM." At McDonald's, which is supposed to be a fast food restaurant... Working inside this McDonald's was a team of incompetents. Two black guys were wandering around the tables, and if you asked them how long it would take for the food to arrive, they couldn't even speak Italian. When you asked in English, he'd look at you, smile, and go toward the counter. There was just a blond guy with long hair who served people based on how much of a rush they were in and how pissed off they were, afraid of leaving the people who had ordered longer without food. So, after an hour of multiple complaints from the table, we realized that if we didn't go and hand him the receipt, he wouldn't make the order. Furthermore, the most annoying thing was the calm with which these employees moved, who did everything calmly as if there weren't 30 people waiting for their food. 40 minutes. Also, when you said you'd been there for an hour and a quarter, they'd reply, "Everyone's been waiting for an hour," even in an annoyed tone (I'm referring to a very unpleasant brunette employee with a long line), and I told them that was exactly the problem. When the food arrived, I got the wrong sandwich (I'd ordered a double with bacon, and it only came with one burger, so it wasn't a "double"). When I brought it back, having a hard time getting it changed because of the crowd, they changed it for a double without bacon. At that point, I gave up and preferred to eat and leave as quickly as possible. Review the staff, because they're not capable of working for a chain like McDonald's. Fast food has to be fast, and there's no way in Italy the waiter doesn't speak a word of Italian, that an employee, instead of apologizing for how they're incapable of doing their job, yells at you, and that someone who starts serving the person who shouts at them the loudest is going to do it. on the other hand, having met the person in charge, I'm not even that surprised by this team of incompetents

28/03/2026: A good place for dinner and seafood, reasonably priced, and a reasonably priced set menu, but since it's a fixed menu, you don't have a choice of dishes. I recommend the à la carte menu with a wide selection.

13/12/2025: Excellent for a quiet early breakfast, when everything else is closed nearby. Friendly and smiling staff first thing in the morning, lounge music playing in the background, and tasteful, thoughtful decor.

07/12/2025: We had a terrible experience. The waitress and owner were rude. They forced us to pay a minimum order of €3 and forced us to sit at a single table even though there wasn't enough room for everyone. They pestered us and asked us repeatedly, coming to our table and checking to see if we'd all consumed. I don't recommend this place at all, and it shows because it's always empty. I'm hoping it closes soon.

10/01/2026: Quality, courtesy, and friendliness! Found by chance years ago, little publicized, Kapuziner offers quality food, both on the regular menu and in various off-menu options, especially the meats, which are delicious and perfectly cooked. Excellent cocktails and beers. The friendly and welcoming manager offers interesting advice and always makes us feel at home, even though we only see each other every few months. Highly recommended!

02/06/2026: In the space of a year, Bogliolo Gelato reached its peak and is now in decline. The gelato has become decidedly more "watery," but it's still good. The problem is that the ladies behind the counter (I think they're the owners) absolutely don't know how to put gelato on the cone, and for a gelato shop, that's a real problem. They put the first flavor on the cone, and then, for the second flavor, they start doing a strange maneuver—they want the flavor to "drip" onto the first flavor. The result is that they spend a lot of time on this absurd thing, and in the end, the second flavor is practically nonexistent. I don't know what they can come up with if you buy three flavors. The place is beautiful and well-kept, but the counter needs people who are fast and capable of making a proper cone. The service needs to be reworked.

20/05/2026: The gelato isn't anything special, except that it's expensive and you have to wait because the service is incredibly slow, and the staff is inadequate and rude. There are better gelato shops in Acqui!

01/09/2025: Both the savoury and sweet dishes are delicious, the staff are friendly and helpful, the food is of high quality, there's nothing else to say, it's a perfect restaurant.

01/09/2025: We went there every day this week, eating doughnuts filled with Nutella which were delicious and we had a lot of fun because there are various games such as billiards and table football.
