I was invited by hunting friends to try woodcock. The risotto with woodcock sauce was excellent, as were the homemade tagliolini made by the chef. It was a surprise for me! From appetizer to dessert, everything was excellent. I'll start by saying that I'm not particularly interested in either. The location and service, in an old trattoria, are excellent. I love the aromas and flavors of the past, which I found excellent. I'll be back soon.

I found la Meridiana completely by chance after a couple of days moving to the region. Good food, good prices, a little "rustic" but I might have said "authentic" if I hadn't been tired after so much driving. I will certainly be back and would recommend it to everybody.

02/04/2026: Today my sister and I went to 20, which would probably be the fifth time we've gone together. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The aperitif was exquisite and delicious. Their prices are unbeatable compared to the average in Alessandria. The place is truly beautiful and spacious. I recommend it for an aperitif to share, dinner, or something else, as the atmosphere is pleasant. Go there, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!!!!!!
