About the restaurant: This is truly the discovery of the year. In a remote village nestled in the mountains, it's a truly surprising experience. Highly creative cuisine with many local ingredients. Flavor explosions, the likes of which you rarely taste. The presentation is superb. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. The price/quality ratio is incredible. We chose the accompanying wines, which proved to be a good choice. And the service was top-notch. Perfectly coordinated, quiet, yet with undivided attention. Special thanks to Luici.
Well worth a star; we will definitely be back.

A lunch for 5 ⭐️! I received a free smart box for lunch at Tiglio. The menu included a 12-course menu... I've never tasted such delicacies! The staff was very kind and attentive, even letting us know that the tasting menu included several offal-based dishes. The restaurant, nestled in the Sibillini Mountains, is a little gem. It's an experience I highly recommend and would repeat without hesitation.

Il Tiglio di Montemonaco is a true gastronomic paradise, thanks to the mastery of chef Enrico Mazzaroni. His passion for local products and his creativity in the kitchen translate into dishes that are true works of art. Plus, of course, the impeccable service and welcoming atmosphere. I greatly enjoyed the experience at Il Tiglio. The tasting menu takes you for a journey across the Marche region; back and forth from the sea to the mountains. This tasting journey is carefully considered, as is the use of uncommon cuts of meat. Yes, the flavors are strong, but if you are traveling to such a remote and special place, don’t you want to taste something new and different?
