One of my absolute favorite pizzerias! The pizza is truly exceptional: the dough is incredibly light, well-leavened, and highly digestible, so much so that it doesn't leave you feeling heavy after eating. The toppings are also always plentiful, excellent quality, and well-balanced. You can sense the attention to detail in the choice of ingredients and the preparation. It's a confirmation every time. If you're looking for a truly well-made pizza, I highly recommend it!

Very nice place, unfortunately the air conditioning was off in the dining room, and it was quite hot. The pizza has a good dough, perhaps a little bland. Impeccable service, and the pizza arrived less than 5 minutes after I ordered it.

Wonderful fresh pizza with an absolutely delicious crust. Really enjoyed our dinner there. Staff are so lovely and friendly.

La Taverna dei Mercanti

15/03/2026: What a fantastic restaurant. Excellent home-cooked local recipes, with a friendly staff that made us feel like we were home. We loved everything, but definitely have the agnolotti. We tried several others during our stay in Turin, and Taverna’s was head and shoulders above all the rest.
