I visited this restaurant in early November, and I have to say it was a real revelation. One of the best Indian restaurants I've ever been to, truly. The food is authentic, flavorful, and carefully prepared, and the dish I tried was delicious. The staff was also very friendly and helpful! I will definitely return on my next trips to Turin.

I chose this Indian restaurant based on the Google review scores, and I must say I wasn't disappointed. The food was excellent and easy to digest, with a wide selection, and the service was attentive and unobtrusive. I'll definitely be back.

Everything was delicious, from the appetizers (Indian cheese and potato croquettes) to the chicken curries. I would have happily given the service ten stars. Definitely worth a try, and I'll be back to try the mango pudding and coconut cake.

We've recently moved to the neighborhood, and last night we decided to try this Indian restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. Unlike other Indian restaurants in Turin, the food here is freshly prepared and not reheated. The waitress explained this to us when we asked if vegetarian options were available. The food is truly excellent; the samosas are out of this world. The final bill is affordable and fair. The service is fast, and the waiters are truly kind and friendly. This will definitely become one of our go-to places in Borgo Filadelfia!

03/05/2026: A HORRIBLE location, truly awful. But the food was excellent, the service relatively quick, and the value was quite good. Must try at least once! €20 for an aperitif with two drinks and two waters, drinks/waters obviously not included. I'm a bit disappointed by the small portions; if I were to return, I wouldn't order the aperitif.

Ristorante Indiano Gandhi

14/04/2026: I had dinner on a Saturday evening with my husband and another couple. The service was excellent, and despite the restaurant being busy, we didn't have to wait long for our food, and the staff was courteous and helpful. We chose four different menus, each with a different level of spiciness. I chose the spicy New Delhi, with chicken as the main ingredient. First, we were served Papadam (a fennel wafer similar to pane carasau), followed by the dishes from each menu. Finally, we were offered seeds as a digestif: a truly useful treat, given the generous portions! This type of cuisine is perfect for those who love spices and intense aromas. I personally love to experiment, and I was thrilled with this experience. The prices are reasonable compared to other options. I will definitely be back!
