10/10/2025: After years, I returned today...and was lucky enough to find the farinata fresh out of the oven.
The best, just like at Mr. Gino's.
The pan-fried pizza was a post-cinema ritual....

11/09/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, and were welcomed despite the late hour. The dishes are sophisticated despite being an osteria. Both meat and fish options are available. Excellent service and helpful wait staff. RECOMMENDED.

16/09/2025: How nostalgic! How we'd love to return from Milan to this lovely restaurant in Cuneo! Every time it's a testament to how carefully everything on the menu is prepared.
A few days ago we ate some amazing fried mushrooms, and—a first for me—instead of ordering the panna cotta, which I can't find any words for, I tried the bunet; I'm still wondering which is better.
Next time I'll have both.

11/10/2025: A wonderful lunch on a sunny terrace. We ate truffle-wrapped eggs and tagliatelle with truffles (black, not the white Alba variety), all washed down with a glass of Nebbiolo. A pleasant break.
04/10/2025: We ate well. The food and wine were good. The service was okay, although it seemed a bit overdone, a bit forced.
The only flaw was the annoyed waitresses, either because customers called for reservations or because they rang the doorbell when it was full (not very nice or polite, in my opinion; that's what you're there for, and it's better if it's full).

08/10/2025: A lovely restaurant, ideal for a quick lunch break or a more serious meal. Located in the town center, it still has plenty of parking nearby. The food is simple but good quality. The à la carte menu is extensive, as is the €15 set menu of the day. Service is good, and the location is very charming, with tastefully decorated rooms. The price is in line with the offerings.

05/10/2025: One of my favorite restaurants in Castel del Bosco! I've been coming here forever, even celebrating my first communion, and it's always a sure thing. It's a classic mountain restaurant: welcoming, authentic, and with truly delicious dishes. I absolutely recommend the wild boar stew and the gnocchi with local cheeses. Everything was excellent!
Better to book, as it's often full. Highly recommended! 🍷🍝🦌

Traditional menu with a touch of innovation.
Everything was excellent, and the service was attentive, even for a guest with food intolerances.
Don't miss the gnocchi alla bava, the braised beef, and the brick for dessert. The homemade bread is a real treat! Thanks to Elena and all the staff.
13/10/2025: It was the only one open on Monday in the area, so we went. We had a wonderful time. After a first course (porcini tajarin), a second course (wild boar stew with polenta), and two desserts (an old-fashioned tiramisu and a deconstructed tiramisu), I didn't feel the slightest bit heavy. The bitter finish was remarkable, as was the wine, made from a rare Piedmontese grape. I'll definitely return, highly recommended; the quality of the food is exceptional!
