08/01/2026: There aren't many restaurants in Turin that offer this type of cuisine, and especially that know how to do it so well! The menu offers a wide selection of carefully crafted dishes, from start to finish. It's impossible not to find something to please everyone. But if choosing is too difficult, I recommend one of their three tasting menus! And if that weren't enough, the wine list alone is worth the trip! Thank you to the ladies in the dining room for their kindness and knowledge in recommending dishes; they were the icing on the cake of a perfect dinner!

03/01/2026: We opted for the Piedmontese tasting menu. From the welcome to the dessert, we were treated very well and with great professionalism. The dishes were carefully prepared and the flavors immersed us in the local area. We highly recommend this experience!

20/01/2026: I had lunch here with my family for my 60th birthday in December 2025. I chose a set menu with two appetizers (tartare and Jerusalem artichoke flan), a first course (Castelmagno risotto with pears), a second course (grilled sliced ​​steak), and a choice of dessert. Everything was exceptional! Superb quality and presentation! One of the best lunches in recent years. And the price was definitely in line with the quality. Highly recommended!! The dining room is very pleasant and well-kept; among other things, there's a unique view of the hills and the Alps in the distance, even though it was unfortunately cloudy that day... The owner was very kind and helpful, and the service staff was polite and professional. Only the service didn't get top marks because, as I was the birthday girl, I would have expected them to start serving the dishes with me and ask me about the wine selection (small details that would have earned the top marks). In any case, I will be back with great pleasure!

01/01/2026: For Christmas we went to this restaurant with friends and we ate very well.

01/02/2026: I loved the refuge. The staff was smiling and welcoming. There were four of us, plus our dog. The place is pet-friendly, so you can bring your four-legged friends along without leaving them at home. I'm from Rome but live in London. The polenta with melted Bettelmat Alpe Regina cheese on top was divine. I loved everything about it: the location, the food, the interior. At the entrance, they even have jars of homemade local products, if you want to take a souvenir of the valley.

12/12/2025: Even though it was low season (we were almost alone), we appreciated the room, the staff, and the breakfast. Also noteworthy is the very useful parking included in the price... Ask for a room with a lake view (even a partial one), it's a plus that's worth the trip!

02/01/2026: We dined at this restaurant during a trip to the Langhe. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was elegant yet cozy. For appetizers, we ordered the Fassona tartare and the stewed onion with sausage and fondue. We continued with two delicious first courses: Tajarin with tomato sauce and Agnolotti del Plin with broth. Excellent wine list.
