Excellent food, a menu featuring traditional dishes as well as unique ones, such as duck pâté on brioche bread and orange marmalade. The gnocchi with gorgonzola, walnuts, and leeks are fabulous; they melt in your mouth, combining flavor and delicacy. The agnolotti, with their very thin pastry and delicate filling, are superb. A good selection of main courses; we tried the white meat roll with one of the best mashed potatoes I've ever tasted, and the slow-cooked pancetta with spring onions. We were almost too full for dessert, but the crème brûlé was worth it. They also serve an appetizer and mini pastries with coffee, offering liqueur. The cellar has a vast selection of excellent wines, and you can choose your own. If you don't finish the bottle, they'll ask if you'd like to take it away. The service is consistently attentive and attentive, with lots of smiles. The plus is that the chef personally comes to your table to say hello and check your taste. I highly recommend this place if you love a place with attention to detail and a high-quality atmosphere and food. The price is reasonable for the quality and service offered. Unfortunately, I didn't take all the photos because the deliciousness and deliciousness of the dishes made me forget to take them before ruining the plating. The focaccia and breadsticks were irresistible. I'll definitely be back.

🌟 A Memorable Gastronomic Experience from Bologna to Rocchetta Tanaro🌟
I was thrilled with my recent visit to this restaurant, a place that celebrates tradition with a touch of artistry. Each course was a journey of flavors, starting with the appetizers, which immediately set a high standard.
The Vitello Tonnato was a triumph of delicacy and flavor, with the meat melting in your mouth and a balanced, creamy tuna sauce. Next up, the Peperoni con Bagna Càoda offered a bold contrast: the sweetness of the roasted peppers paired perfectly with the intense, enveloping character of the Piedmontese sauce, a true ode to regional flavors.
For the first course, the Plin were impeccable. Small, perfectly filled, and served with a sauce that enhanced their freshness, demonstrating the kitchen's excellent skill in preparing fresh pasta.
The highlight of the meal was the lamb chops: perfectly cooked, succulent and tender, with a flavorful and aromatic crust. A true delight for meat lovers.
Finally, the Bunet concluded the meal with elegance. A rich, comforting, and authentic dessert, it left a pleasant note of cocoa and amaretto.
Attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere complete the picture of a restaurant I highly recommend to anyone seeking an authentic and refined Bolognese culinary experience. Not to be missed.

I ate at this beautiful restaurant with a group of 10 friends (not all with truffles). Everything was truly delicious and high-quality. The manager, chef, and staff were all welcoming and professional. However, there are three flaws: 1) they don't follow the customer's bill dividing, which is a bit complicated for a large group—it would have been easier if they just subtracted the orders from the total. 2) while we were doing the math, which took a while, the manager literally asked us to get off our backsides because they had to set the table for dinner... that's not something you do! 3) we were charged for an entrée we hadn't ordered, which would have been noticed if we'd paid by subtracting it from the bill.

The food was AMAZING.
We came for the truffle and it was an UNFORGETTABLE experience.
We were welcomed by Carlo and Cristina... it truly felt like we were entering their home...
