An excellent restaurant. The quality and originality of the (traditional) dishes, and the (multilingual) service are all noteworthy. Reservations are recommended.

Without a doubt, the best restaurant in Baveno! We stumbled upon this magnificent establishment tucked away on a small street in the town. We were able to reserve a table for the following day. So be sure to book ahead, as the dining room is small! The welcome: warm, friendly, and attentive! The servers speak a little French, which makes communication easy! The menu: short, a sign of quality. We chose the pasta (with feta, zucchini, and homemade pesto sauce), a true delight. All the ingredients are refined; you can taste the homemade quality. Then, we enjoyed the beef fillet with dauphinoise potatoes, cooked to perfection. The desserts are also typical and indulgent: tarte tatin and bonet (a local Piedmontese specialty). The complimentary limoncello is a perfect way to end the meal! In short, we highly recommend this wonderful restaurant!

We are coming back!!! We stumbled upon this restaurant via Tripadvisor. Upon arrival, it said it was fully booked, but since we didn't arrive until around 8:30, we tried to wait anyway. The maître d' very kindly asked us to wait 15 minutes for a table. After the wait, we were allowed inside. The table was beautifully set. The maître d' speaks several languages ​​fluently and gave us all the necessary explanations. We had a fantastic meal. When ordering, they pointed out certain products regarding possible allergies (without asking), which we appreciated. The service was super friendly, smooth, and efficient. There were three of them working there, and everyone had a clear task. The maître d' eventually apologized for the wait, but this was a fantastic experience. We had a wonderful meal and were able to sit very quietly. Everything was perfect!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and, intrigued, reserved a table. It was absolutely worth it! We have rarely eaten so well and received such attentive, personal, and welcoming service. Fantastic restaurant, probably the best pasta dish I’ve ever eaten (it involved sausage, but the menu changes frequently). Strongly recommend the apple pie, too.

We had a wonderful time at this Italian restaurant in Baveno! The welcome was warm, the explanations of the dishes were much appreciated, and the food was delicious. We went back during our stay, which speaks volumes about the quality. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful dinner tonight. If you want to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, beyond pizza and spaghetti bolognese, you absolutely must come here. The atmosphere is very welcoming and familiar, you really feel at home. We'll definitely be back next time we're on Lake Maggiore.

Without a reservation, we received a very warm welcome. They offered excellent advice on the dishes and wine, in both French and English, with impeccable service. Everything was perfect, and the plates offered surprising flavors, featuring Italian and homemade products. You can go there without hesitation... and return without hesitation.
