15/01/2026: The meat was exquisite and perfectly grilled. We had two Angus fillets, one Irish and one Argentinian. Excellent. The Irish one in particular was delicious, very tender, with very fine fiber, good marbling, and very tasty. The wine list was very extensive. The service was efficient, the staff were helpful and friendly. The dessert was also good. The facilities were neat and clean. The quality/price ratio was also good. I absolutely recommend it to meat lovers.

23/12/2025: I was given the Vermouth Class for my birthday. As you'd expect, you'll arrive in a wonderful, well-appointed setting. The staff will welcome you and take your reservation. Initially, you'll be free to take a self-guided tour of the Martini house museum, a magnificent experience with artifacts from their history and interactive entertainment. Once you're done, you'll meet up to go to the Vermouth Class, and the entrance is almost magical. A gigantic 4-meter round wooden door with the name "Mastodonte" will open automatically to welcome you into your experience. You'll take your seat and begin with a bit of history. In front of you, there will be four glasses of different vermouths + one for water, and an empty one with a matching container containing a flavorless vermouth. The four tastings were delicious, accompanied by thorough explanations from Daniela, who constantly divided her time between Italian and English for the foreign groups. The neutral vermouth was specifically designed for us to create our own aromatic wine. In fact, several bottles containing different aromas were provided, explaining how to combine them, and then it was up to us to choose which ones and how much. Once complete, it was bottled, giving us a pleasant and personal memento of the experience. For an additional fee, you can also enjoy some snacks to enjoy while you're tasting, which I highly recommend. Compliments to Casa Martini and guide Daniela for their professionalism. It was a wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

01/02/2026: Menu with three options: vegetarian, meat, or fish. The menu is essentially a selection of the three. The restaurant is small but well-maintained. We were a table divided between meat and vegetarian options. Delicious dishes and extremely courteous service. A small initial error on the menu was a plus, but it was remedied with great style. Wide selection of wines.

21/12/2025: A day trip with my family and my colleague, his wife, and another lady friend. We joined them at their invitation, as they already knew the restaurant and its delicacies, and we were delighted to join, having been nostalgic for the food and the place for some time. Let's start with the restaurant. Not a lot of seats, but well-arranged in a characteristic and tastefully decorated space. Very warm and welcoming. Those who enjoy visiting rustic establishments will certainly be delighted. We had our baby's stroller, which found its place without obstructing the other guests or the wait staff. They seated us at our table, let us choose what we wanted to drink, and from there the dancing began. The menu, if I'm not mistaken, is both à la carte and set. I remember we didn't choose anything and let the set menu do the honor of delighting our palates. And the choice was spot on. With the wines, an excellent Prosecco to accompany the appetizers. Delicious and satisfying, as well as characteristic. For the first courses, we moved on to Barbera. And in the meantime, an excellent bottle of 2017 Barolo popped up and evaporated... along with the meat main courses. Then, just because it was my colleague's birthday and we ate his delicious cake, we heard (let's go from memory, hoping we're right) that among the desserts there was a bunet, cheesecake, and baked apples. We skipped it, but it will certainly be a great opportunity to return and do the whole tour from start to finish. I apologize if I missed some of the main courses in the photos, but I was so busy enjoying them that I forgot ☺️☺️☺️ In short, it's a place I'll happily return to enjoy these delicacies. It's definitely a place that pleasantly surprised me, and I highly recommend it for the food, the hospitality, and the location. The price is definitely fair for what you get. And besides, if the food is good and high-quality, it deserves its due recognition. Congratulations to Giovanni (the host) and his staff. See you soon.

14/12/2025: An excellent dinner in a timeless location. The dishes were all excellent and beautifully reinterpreted. The price was reasonable. You can choose between two menus: 1. €29 for 4 appetizers, 1 first/second course, and dessert. 2. €35 for 4 appetizers, 1 first course, 1 second course, and dessert. You can choose a sampling of the 2 first courses, 2 second courses, and a trio of desserts.

07/01/2026: Highly recommended! You can choose the all-you-can-eat hotpot menu, or the à la carte Chinese menu. My boyfriend and I chose the hotpot, and it was truly satisfying: being able to try everything in small portions made it much easier to approach a rather new culture. Plus, the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful: he explained in detail how each step of our dinner worked.

27/12/2025: I returned to this restaurant for lunch on Christmas Day. The atmosphere was stylish, with excellent acoustics despite being fully booked. The typical Piedmontese menu lived up to expectations. The staff and owners were very courteous, even willing to offer second helpings of any dish. The quality of the food and the value for money were excellent. Recommended for Sunday lunches in a quiet setting.
