Not piemonte traditional food. Too much French influence

Conosco e frequento questa struttura favolosa da diversi anni. E l'ho consigliata a tutti i miei conoscenti . Quando c'è qualcosa da festeggiare scegliamo sempre le Piemontesine. Una vera coccola, dove si stacca veramente per tutta la permanenza. Una menzione speciale al polpo che resta il mio piatto preferito ( ma tutto il menú è buonissimo eh ) e alla preparazione e gentilezza del personale. A presto !!! Agnese

Locale splendido con vetrate che si affacciano sulle Langhe. Luce e pulizia fanno da cornice ad un servizio brillante, gentile e premuroso. La titolare in sala, francese, contribuisce alla credibilità di alcuni piatti di chiara origine transalpina. Ottima scelta dei vini da abbinare ai cibi e dei liquori di fine pasto. Favorevolmente impressionato.
