09/06/2025: In June they hadn't turned on the air conditioners yet. Room at almost 30 degrees. For the rest everything was taken care of. I won't go back.

01/05/2025: Very cozy hotel. Beautiful room designs, clean, excellent renovation. Nice atmosphere. Large spa, you can spend the whole day there. Everywhere smells nice, there is no smell of bleach or old age.

09/06/2025: While visiting Turin for the weekend, we went to this pizzeria early in the evening because we'd seen great reviews. We were looking for something simple and different for a quick bite. We weren't disappointed!! The concept of this pizzeria is great!! You can choose from several different types. Everything is sliced ​​in front of you and sold by weight, according to the size requested for each slice. It's a feast of colors and aromas. It's a far cry from your typical pizza. It's both crispy and soft, and you can tell that all the ingredients are very well cooked. It's an explosion in your mouth. The price/quality ratio is more than excellent, and the welcome is very friendly. We will definitely come back. A must-see in Turin!

26/05/2025: A refined and elegant environment, very refined in a retro style. The menu is varied and rich, and offers typical Piedmontese cuisine: high quality proposals and elegant plating. The service, today so difficult to find even in environments where it should be taken for granted, is impeccable: the owner and the staff are courteous, attentive, refined and very proactive. I could not recommend this place at the foot of the Gran Madre more, for a truly unique experience in full Savoy style. I will definitely be back!

31/05/2025: A welcoming place, furnished simply but with taste and character. The tables are discreetly spaced apart, and the place, although not soundproofed, had a fairly low noise level on the two occasions I visited. The staff is attentive and hospitable. The menu, on a single page, includes some appetizers, some variations of ceviche (raw fish salad) and a selection of meat and fish main courses. The short menu allows for very fresh dishes and high-quality ingredients. The quality of the ingredients is indeed very high. The ceviche are fresh and tasty. Personally, the dishes that gave me the most satisfaction were the meat ones: the pork and veal were very well marinated and smoked.

03/06/2025: La pizza è sottilissima, al centro quasi invisibile, il pomodoro quasi non esiste, il formaggio è anche sul bordo cosicché quando prendi la fetta con la mano ti sporchi tutto, insipida senza nessun sapore o aroma particolare, impasto fatto credo con farina di grano duro (oppure non so...) perchè pieno di granellini che si infilano tra i denti. Esattamente il contrario della pizza che piace a me (napoletana). Inoltre prezzi molto elevati per il tipo di pizza offerta (si parte dai 6 euro della margherita che è già alta, per saltare subito a 8 euro in su), e poi scandaloso 1,50 di coperto quando c'è solo la micro tovaglietta di carta stile pub (con annesso menù). Infine mi aspettavo una scelta più ampia di menù messicano anche con scelte senza carne invece ci son tre piatti in croce.

17/06/2025: Il Vecchio Borgo is the kind of restaurant you would like to have under your house. An enchanting atmosphere in the heart of a wonderful village, with an outdoor terrace perfect for dining al fresco. Impeccable service, punctual, kind and very attentive. The cuisine is superb. I had raw meat with truffle and parmesan, cavatelli with mussels and clams, and a rib eye steak with baked potatoes. Everything was excellent: top quality ingredients that were respected and enhanced, generous portions and perfect cooking (the rare steak was exactly as requested). And the price? Only 53.20 euros for a complete dinner at a high-end restaurant. A truly rare quality-price ratio. Compliments to the staff, Il Vecchio Borgo is a real gem. I will definitely be back!

01/06/2025: We stopped for dinner, we found the fixed evening menu and it was really excellent, really fast and very friendly service, dishes with correct compositions and the possibility of having seconds, really complete fixed menu, very filling, honest prices for what we ate, if I were to return to the area I would gladly return. 02/06/2025: I frequent this delicious Japanese restaurant after a recommendation from a friend. The place is very clean and tidy. The first important thing is that they are Japanese. We thank Ria and Rachele for the impeccable and discreet service, always very attentive. Since I am allergic to various food treatments especially fish I feel like recommending this restaurant for the impeccable quality of the fish. Never had a problem. The portions are just right, each dish is taken care of in every way. The desserts are a true masterpiece. Excellent choice of wines. The appetizer offered while you are waiting for your order is appreciable. Thanks to the Matzuri staff 🌊🍤🍱🥟🍶🥢
