11/04/2026: A very small and charming restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The menu is simple and features local dishes. Prices are somewhat lower than in the center of Turin, but the portions are correspondingly smaller. However, they use high-quality ingredients, the dishes are beautifully presented, and the taste is significantly above average. A little gem outside the city center. Recommended if you're in the area—but I wouldn't make a special trip just for it. Overall, a very good culinary experience with excellent service.

07/02/2026: Wonderful! We dined last night. The welcome was warm from the start, and it catapulted us into the world of Cucina Rambaldi. The service is meticulously maintained, and the staff is both professional and friendly, which is not a given in such a high-quality establishment. The decor is harmonious, and the music is carefully crafted to transport you into a true culinary experience. The food is exquisite, and the colors and aromas are truly exquisite. The wine pairing (highly recommended!) is meticulously crafted. Congratulations! We'll be back in the spring/summer to enjoy the wonderful outdoor space. P.S. The prices are truly affordable for the quality of the experience we had.

25/04/2026: I used to go to this pastry shop often, but this morning, after having waited in line regularly, the red-haired barista decided to take the order of someone else who had clearly entered with an arrogant air after me. I'm sorry to say this, but even though the products are exceptional, I will never set foot in this pastry shop again. There are no first-class customers and second-class customers. Obviously, respectable people are not welcome.

07/04/2026: We went to dinner with friends on a Sunday evening. We had to book a week in advance due to the large crowds and somewhat limited seating. In the summer, the large outdoor space will certainly offer a few more seats for diners. It was our first time at "La Trattoria La Pace - il Morettino," where we had pizza, a few pasta dishes, and some fried foods. The quality of the pizza was average, cooked in a modern gas oven. There's a choice of various pizza doughs. The generous pasta dishes and fried foods justify the slightly higher prices compared to other restaurants in the area. The service was courteous and fast, with average wait times given the restaurant's busy schedule. With friends, we enjoyed a fantastic dessert platter featuring every homemade dessert, each one better than the last. At the end of the service, a bottle of their fresh and delicate amaro was offered to the table. A nice touch for the customer that not everyone offers! As for improvement, I'd suggest better extraction of the kitchen hood, as the smell of fried food permeates the dining room and the diners, and unfortunately, the smell lingers on their clothes. More space between the tables would be appreciated, to make diners feel less claustrophobic and to give the waiters more space for easier service. We'll definitely be back, but this time to try the specialties of contemporary Piedmontese cuisine!

03/05/2026: A HORRIBLE location, truly awful. But the food was excellent, the service relatively quick, and the value was quite good. Must try at least once! €20 for an aperitif with two drinks and two waters, drinks/waters obviously not included. I'm a bit disappointed by the small portions; if I were to return, I wouldn't order the aperitif.

03/05/2026: A great place to spend an evening with friends, especially if you're a geek group. It's packed with video game/board game-themed merchandise. Perfect service and delicious food. I recommend a visit even just to admire the interior.

28/04/2026: Friendly waiters, very good food. TOP hospitality. A little tip: the tagliata would be better served on a regular plate rather than on a hot stone. That way, those who order it rare, like us, won't find themselves with the meat overcooked.

17/02/2026: We booked for Carnival, a group of 30 campers... everything was perfect: food, pastries, hospitality, and the utmost attention. Finally, no one left unsatisfied... and that's not easy with so many. We had such a great time that we returned two days later, with a small group of eight, who stayed to see the carnival at night. Kudos to the managers and staff.

07/03/2026: A wonderful and meticulously maintained restaurant, but when we requested well-done cooking, two of the three dishes we ordered arrived almost rare, resulting in less than half of the food (basically the outer part that was well-done). When we pointed this out, we were met with a simple "sorry," and the dishes weren't that cheap... what a shame!

15/04/2026: We've eaten at this pizzeria several times (I have two girls, ages 2 and 5), and it never disappoints. The pizza is locally sourced, beautifully presented, and meticulously prepared, from the chairs to the table. We started with an aperitif featuring a glass of Altalanga and cream puffs filled with a delicious cream. Moving on to the pizzas, my wife had the "Aforisma" (aphorism), which is nothing short of exceptional, while I had the "Nobile Pezzente" (noble beggar), and what can I say? You have to try it. The girls, of course, had two red tomato pizzas, which they ate in their entirety. The dough was very good and very easy to digest. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat a gourmet pizza. Great Claudio, keep up the good work!

14/04/2026: I have to say, it amazes me more and more!! Foods aren't to everyone's taste... I don't think my parents would like certain combinations... but I love them! Sublime combinations, pizza dough, and especially the spectacular pop crunch... once you've finished the first one, it feels like you haven't eaten anything yet! But in doing so, you experience unsurpassed flavors and sensations on your palate... and finally, that honey rum is the icing on the cake!! I'll be back soon.

19/02/2026: Every time we come to Pinerolo for work, we go to La Rosa Bianca for lunch because they're super fast, helpful, friendly, and the food is delicious! Plus, it's not expensive. It's an exceptional place, I recommend it to everyone, especially those who need a work lunch!
