We've eaten at this pizzeria several times (I have two girls, ages 2 and 5), and it never disappoints. The pizza is locally sourced, beautifully presented, and meticulously prepared, from the chairs to the table.
We started with an aperitif featuring a glass of Altalanga and cream puffs filled with a delicious cream.
Moving on to the pizzas, my wife had the "Aforisma" (aphorism), which is nothing short of exceptional, while I had the "Nobile Pezzente" (noble beggar), and what can I say? You have to try it.
The girls, of course, had two red tomato pizzas, which they ate in their entirety.
The dough was very good and very easy to digest.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat a gourmet pizza.

I have to say, it amazes me more and more!!
Foods aren't to everyone's taste... I don't think my parents would like certain combinations... but I love them! Sublime combinations, pizza dough, and especially the spectacular pop crunch... once you've finished the first one, it feels like you haven't eaten anything yet! But in doing so, you experience unsurpassed flavors and sensations on your palate... and finally, that honey rum is the icing on the cake!! I'll be back soon.

The atmosphere is welcoming, intimate, and elegant. We were greeted with an amuse-bouche accompanied by sparkling wine, a truly delightful start. We then chose the giropizza option, available on Wednesdays and Thursdays, which allows you to sample several variations.
The pizza is light, made with refined ingredients and unusual combinations. It's definitely recommended for those who appreciate original flavors without sacrificing quality dough.
To conclude, the dessert (coffee bun, lemon custard, and hazelnut cream topping) – included in the option – particularly surprised me.

Nothing to complain about the pizza or the quality of the ingredients.
We went with eight friends for a pizza tour, and my evening was ruined by the rude and inappropriate behavior of a waiter, who created an uncomfortable and silent atmosphere in the dining room. I left feeling disappointed.
The next day, the owner contacted me to apologize for the incident, a gesture I greatly appreciated. I hope he can take the appropriate corrective action, because a high-class restaurant deserves high-class service.

A sophisticated atmosphere with chillout jazz in the background.
If you think you're getting the usual pizza, you're wrong. This oasis on a street far from the city center is worth a try.
It's not for everyone.
The service is precise, but not overly so, and definitely present and attentive.
They've been offering an aperitivo for a few days now, and it's always excellent. Try it and believe it.
