I went to Camaleonte with my family and had a wonderful day.
The food is authentic, the restaurant is new and clean, and the wait staff and kitchen staff are professional and friendly. We had appetizers, first courses, and second courses...all delicious!
Also, if you're looking for a trattoria where you can eat delicious porcini mushrooms, this is the place!
Everything was truly delicious. We'll be back.
12/10/2025: Truly, congratulations!!!! Everything was perfect: veal with tuna sauce and roast beef prepared according to Piedmontese tradition, the freshest mushrooms cooked to perfection. The spaghetti with calamari melted in our mouths. The chef, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, pampered us throughout the meal, personally coming out of the kitchen to explain the various courses and preparations. Highly recommended for both Piedmontese cuisine and fish dishes. We'll definitely be back!

17/08/2025: A very large sanctuary located in Piedmont. The building was restored a few years ago and is now fully accessible. Keep in mind that those who have difficulty climbing and descending steps should be aware that there are an incredible number of them. In any case, the place is worth a visit.
There are ample parking lots, restaurants, and bars.

28/09/2025: A typical mountain restaurant, an elegant restaurant in a RIGHTLY rustic setting—we're in the mountains! The food was excellent, the service very professional and fast.
We ordered risotto, and it arrived in 15-20 minutes, although rice isn't quick to cook. Spectacular appetizers and a wide selection of wines, especially reds.
