The location is fantastic: in 12th-century medieval style, there are imposing arches on the lower level, exposed brick and wooden beams on the upper level. Chef Mauro is very knowledgeable, preparing excellent dishes using high-quality ingredients. Its strengths are: excellent food, courtesy, cleanliness, and fair prices. 28/02/2026: A beautiful and charming location, with a fixed menu of Piedmontese cuisine for €35 (excluding wine), including six appetizers, a first course, two second courses with sides, dessert, and water. Overall, a good experience, with some dishes very good (raviolini del plin), others less impressive. We would have expected some vegetables (which were completely absent). Good service (the staff were attentive and friendly, and they often came back for seconds).

The food is good, nothing to complain about, but it's paltry. Not to mention that the owners are a bit crazy and try to trick you into getting the menus they want.
