17/04/2026: It's so delicious that we visited Oscar twice during our stay in Livorno! The dishes impress with their combination of ingredients and impeccable freshness. Everything is refined, modern, and truly delicious! The tuna tataki on a bed of tender onions was especially memorable – a true gastronomic delight. The superb quality of the dishes, the extensive wine selection, and the truly welcoming service make this place a must-visit.

10/06/2026: We were very disappointed with both dishes: the calamari and shrimp skewers and the large pasta with pescaratara sauce. They were completely tasteless, frozen, and served cold. Furthermore, the service was terrible. The waitresses were incredibly unfriendly and acted like robots. This is a tourist trap to avoid if you want to eat good Italian food.

26/04/2026: Yesterday, April 25th, 55 members of the ACTEA association dined at the Don Pepicu restaurant, and the experience was truly excellent. The lunch was excellent, with delicious, plentiful dishes that satisfied everyone. Special praise goes to the chefs, who managed to handle such a large number of guests with great professionalism without sacrificing quality. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Marco and his wife, who are incredibly kind and always available to accommodate every request, helping to make the atmosphere even more welcoming. The price was truly excellent for the quality and quantity offered. Highly recommended, both for large groups and for those who simply want to eat well and feel welcomed.

14/06/2026: We made a reservation, but it hadn't been booked when we arrived. They were very polite and friendly! They resolved the situation by offering us a glass of prosecco and schiacciata while we waited for our table to be prepared. The service is impeccable, the waiters are kind and helpful. The food is delicious!!! The fish starters are delicious, but the tuna tataki is unbeatable!!!

16/05/2026: My girlfriend booked this place for an intimate dinner, just two meters from the sea. We had seafood starters, a delicious fried fish dish, and washed it all down with a lovely bottle of rosé wine from the province of Foggia. It was a lovely, romantic evening: the food was delicious, the atmosphere was calm and peaceful, and the wine was excellent. Congratulations!

The interior ambiance is really nicely designed, while the outdoor seating is rather standard, but still pleasant. However, we were somewhat disappointed with the food this time. The Quattro Formaggi pizza was rather average in taste and seemed quite bland. Given the many consistently high 5-star reviews, I find this hard to understand. Those who don't place as much importance on ambiance can often find significantly more intense culinary experiences at other restaurants in Arco. What also bothered me personally was that a dog was sitting on its owner's lap at the next table while they were talking on speakerphone. Of course, the restaurant can only be held partially responsible for this, but it did detract somewhat from the overall impression. We have been coming to Arco regularly for over 15 years and this wasn't our first time here. Therefore, we give it a well-intentioned 3.5 out of 5 stars.

18/05/2026: My wife and I had dinner here to conclude our week in Sicily. Highly recommended. The spicy mussels were divine, the pasta superb, the Etna wine perfect, and the service very attentive and friendly. Reservations are essential, as it's always very busy! A top spot in Catania.

18/04/2026: A guarantee of haute cuisine gourmet seafood dishes featuring the catch of the day in generous portions. The tagliolini with fresh amberjack, pistachios, and caramelized onions are excellent, and a generous portion is available. Crudités with oysters and other seafood are also available. My favorite dish, the calamari, potato, and pesto tart, is excellent. The bread is delicious, including schiacciata, breadsticks, and black bread. Excellent wine cellar, both red and white. A welcome glass of sparkling wine and coffee accompanied by small pastries are included. Impeccable service, friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.

07/05/2026: I ordered sushi through Glovo. I had guests over, and I made a fool of myself. The rice was chewy and hard, and the uramaki fell apart as soon as they were picked up. The nigiri had hard, chewy rice. It was obviously not fresh, but had been in the refrigerator for who knows how many hours. €32 wasted.

Here, "kind and helpful" is truly banal... we're much more than that: young, knowledgeable people with an unparalleled level of expertise, neither pedantic nor intrusive, with a quiet yet welcoming demeanor. Confident and courteous, well-mannered and smiling. The result? We booked again, to be pampered once again by their refined atmosphere and to savor well-crafted dishes.

06/04/2026: We ended up here on the recommendation of our hotel. It was a great tip. The pizzas were very good and not expensive. The salad was also large and beautifully presented. I can wholeheartedly recommend it!
