11/10/2025: Positive: Excellent pizza, soft and easy to digest, quality ingredients with delicious and original combinations. We had an eggplant parmigiana and an escarole. The staff was friendly and efficient.
Negative: Excessively noisy, tables very close together, diners increasingly speaking louder to communicate, 50-minute wait, too long for any restaurant.
It feels like an industrial factory, not suitable for a relaxing evening.
11/10/2025: Excellent Neapolitan-style pizza with a thick crust, and a fairly wide and unique selection. The wait can be a bit longer if it's crowded because the place is quite large, but overall it's worth it, especially considering the reasonable prices.

The menu highlights local favorites — hearty pastas, fresh seafood, and regional dishes that feel both rustic and refined. Service was friendly and attentive, even as the place filled up with locals (always the best sign!).

Rather, everything is pre-cooked and the garnishes/decorations on the plate are not even fresh (lemon wedge cut the day before, avocado degraded by oxygen because it was also cut too long in advance, etc.). On the other hand, the price is really very reasonable compared to the quality, which could be better.

As soon as we sat down, we immediately understood why: first of all, the location is lovely and close to the waterfront, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The dishes are truly exquisite, with incredibly fresh fish and generous portions. It's an experience worth repeating and I absolutely recommend it.

04/10/2025: I went to this restaurant last weekend and I have to say the fish was simply delicious! The service was also very friendly and professional. The place is cozy and the view is pleasant.
The dish I ordered was a mixed seafood appetizer, and I can say it was truly delicious. The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked, and I also decided to order a baked turbot fillet in a potato crust, which was equally delicious!
I highly recommend this restaurant to all seafood lovers. The price is average, but it's definitely worth it.

27/10/2025: Excellent contemporary Neapolitan-style pizza. Quality ingredients and top-notch service. My only recommendation is to book a few days in advance, given their two weekend sittings. However, I found the dining room where we had a table (after the counter on the left) a bit claustrophobic compared to the other areas of the restaurant. All in all, highly recommended!

The moment I walked in, the staff spoke to me in Japanese, and they also had a Japanese menu, which made it easy to understand. (It seems like there were a lot of Japanese tourists among the customers.)
It was also fun when the staff spoke to me in Japanese, asking questions like "Is it delicious?", "The best?" (looking at my plate after I'd finished it), and "Amazing!"
The huge plate of steak and potatoes (with ribs) was very filling. The tiramisu for dessert was also delicious, making this my tentative #1 meal in Italy!

During our stay in Crotone, we chose to return to Da Ercole restaurant several times, and each visit was an unforgettable experience.
