Pizzeria Rio In Verona

We ended up here on the recommendation of our hotel. It was a great tip. The pizzas were very good and not expensive. The salad was also large and beautifully presented. I can wholeheartedly recommend it!

We ordered three pizzas for four people and two desserts for the kids. We waited about 15 minutes for the food. The pizzas were delicious. We loved everything.

What can I say... I'm not a regular but every time I come back here I find small and pleasant variations in the menu! The service and dishes are always excellent! 😃

The dough wasn't exceptional and there was definitely too much semolina, but the pizza itself was decent—average. Interesting flavor combinations are a plus. However, a significant drawback is that they add a 5-euro service charge. You might not notice it if you're ordering for the whole family, but for just one pizza, it significantly impacts the price. I wouldn't choose this place again.

Great pizza, small but noisy place

A truly excellent experience! We hadn't booked because we weren't local, but they still seated us despite the limited seating. The staff were truly friendly, professional, and kind. The food was simply top-notch. We ordered the charcuterie and cheese platter and were more than satisfied. The pizzas? Wonderful! The dough was delicious, the ingredients were high-quality, and the service was very fast. It's a shame we're not from Verona, but if we ever return to this beautiful city, we'll definitely book now! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
