I finally had the chance to try the bistro. I initially wanted to give it 4 stars because the place, while clean, modern, and tidy, isn't welcoming or comfortable in the general sense of the word. However, in a downtown location, in a late-19th-century building with a relaxed atmosphere, you'd pay 50% more for the same delicacies. Yes, because they are delicacies. I won't dwell on the individual dishes, but, from raw fish to pasta dishes, one ingredient stands out that adds, supports, and helps: GOOD OLIVE OIL. Everything is perfect, therefore, including a wine list that may seem pretentious, but, first, the owner knows how to make his selections well, also based on requests; second, there are bottles for all budgets, but all of them are quality. Service is basic, but courteous and attentive. The price is appropriate for the quality and for the city of Turin.

I had lunch at TIFFANY BISTROT DI MARE and was truly impressed. It's a small, no-frills restaurant, but when the food arrives, you immediately understand that the top priority here is the quality of the fish. Extremely fresh raw fish, excellent ingredients, and rare attention to detail. The owner exudes true passion and knows how to recommend both dishes and wines. The atmosphere is intimate and authentic, almost like being in a small seafood trattoria far from Turin. Special mention goes to the selection of raw fish and the fish-based pasta dishes, which are truly memorable. Prices aren't cheap, but they're absolutely in line with what's served. If you love well-prepared fish, it's one of those places you should try at least once. Dishes tried: Tajarin with amberjack, Potato gnocchi with amberjack, Taggiasca olives, and herbs, Mixed fried fish with Japanese mayonnaise, Sicilian cannoli cheesecake, Panna cotta with mango jelly and chartreuse.
