10/07/2025: An unexpected surprise: after years of discovering pizzerias, I didn't think I'd find a pizzeria-restaurant like this! Quality of ingredients, pizza leavening (Roman, not Neapolitan), supplì, croquettes, etc.... all made in-house (and not bought and resold like in some trattorias). The prices are absolutely reasonable and even satisfying, confirming the whole experience, from the delicious food to the service. Booking days in advance is essential to secure a seat.

29/08/2025: Nice place, doesn't have many tables, so it's best to book! Everything was very good, but I had a problem with the first course: sea bass ravioli with shrimp and zucchini (excellent, I'd say). I had to wait 30 minutes, and when I asked, they said it would take 1 minute for them to arrive! I didn't take photos because when they arrived, I devoured them because I was so hungry, but above all because they were so delicious. I did take photos of the hot fish appetizer. The waiter was kind, but he was alone serving the 10 or so tables inside and the 7-8 outside. Anyway, I recommend it. It's a little more expensive than others in the area, but everything was very good! I recommend it!

22/07/2025: Rápidamente conocido como uno de los mejores restaurantes de Cerdeña, este moderno restaurante en tres niveles, con restaurantes al aire libre disponibles en una atractiva terraza en la azotea, ofrece restaurantes tradicionales de Cerdeña con un toque culinario moderno. El menú limitado ofrece comida de excelente calidad, cocinada a la perfección por un chef talentoso y joven (ish). La decoración es tradicional. El servicio es excelente. Pruébalo, no te decepcionará.

30/08/2025: My wife and I stayed at the Best Western because we had an early flight from Fiumicino the next morning. We had dinner at the Concorde restaurant (the hotel restaurant) and found it to be a welcoming atmosphere with very attentive and professional staff, especially Mrs. Simona. The traditional Roman dishes were well-prepared and the ingredients were of good quality. Finally, the desserts they prepared were delicious, especially the tiramisu, which I highly recommend. It was a positive experience for the restaurant.

08/09/2025: The pizza was simply delicious, with fresh ingredients and a light, fragrant dough. "La Strega" was the real star of the evening: bold, balanced flavors and a magical touch that won us over from the first bite. The atmosphere transports you straight to Naples, with its aromas, colors, and warm welcome. The only downside: we waited over 45 minutes to be seated. The quality and price were decent.

21/08/2025: We had a great experience at this garden restaurant. We chose the Iberian pork neck. Although it's a Spanish dish, Da Genny knows how to make something delicious out of it. I'm not exactly a potato eater in the Netherlands, as you might call it, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Delicious house wine from the region (Garda), quick, friendly service—in short, a wonderful evening right next to our campsite!

14/07/2025: Visitamos dos veces y encontramos la comida para ser consistentemente impresionante. El personal es amable y fue paciente con nosotros, ya que hablábamos poco Italiano. Probamos la carbonara, el fetiche Alfredo, patatas, pizzas y crema Catalina. Algunas de las mejores pastas que hemos comido. El personal era muy amable con mi nieta de 3 años. Recomendaría encarecidamente

02/07/2025: Cozy, clean and very welcoming environment, friendly staff. Interesting choice of wines and typical Roman dishes (but not only) prepared at the moment. Marco the owner and his assistant attentive and always smiling. I recommend it.

03/09/2025: ed: Visited after 3 years - unfortunately, a huge disappointment. The waitstaff was very poor, arrogant, and incompetent, and the menu, which contained nothing to impress, seemed tailored to tourists - a huge contrast to yesterday's visit to La Bul (located nearby), where the 5-course tasting menu and service were incredible. I don't know why Giampaolo's went downhill like this, but I hope they fix it someday. For now - don't come here under any circumstances. :( And the old review was: "Outstanding. My girlfriend and I visited just before the pandemic; the quality of the food and service, as well as the atmosphere, were a unique experience." And it was 5/5 in all categories...

26/08/2025: A wonderful culinary experience... fresh fish expertly cooked. The seafood risotto was superb. The staff were knowledgeable and welcoming, and Giampaolo was an excellent host. I'll be back!

15/08/2025: It was the first restaurant we encountered in Castiglioncello, and you could immediately tell they put passion into it. And what about the location: facing the sea and their establishment, with quality music and a jukebox (I don't know if it works, but just looking at it takes you back to the '80s). While we waited for an excellent mixed seafood appetizer and an equally delicious seafood risotto, we were brought a basket of the tastiest schiacciatina we've ever eaten. We hope to be back soon.

17/08/2025: The paccheri with gorgonzola and speck are excellent, as are the mixed fried fish, the beef with bresaola and the fillet with green pepper, the pistachio and ricotta cheesecake is exquisite.

11/07/2025: Menù molto ricco e forse questo è l'errore. Non si possono avere prodotti sempre freschi e piatti curati con una proposta così ampia. Infatti le frittelle di pesce erano troppo cotte, praticamente con frittura marrone e dura, primo di pesce con troppa panna, calamaro gommoso.... Possono migliorare molto

08/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato qui più di una volta durante il nostro soggiorno a trapani ed ogni volta siamo rimasti estasiati dalla bontà dei piatti proposti. Complimenti allo chef e complimenti al titolare per l attenzione rivolta ai clienti.
