19/07/2025: We spent a great week in the hotel lamberti. The bed was very very comfortable and the people are really friendly and welcoming. We had a superior double room on the 4th floor with a small balcony and even view of the sea.

24/06/2025: We returned for the second time to this hotel in Alassio, in an excellent location very convenient to the sea. To underline the possibility of bringing small dogs and the extreme kindness of all the staff. We found excellent cuisine, in half board where both breakfast and dinner were prepared with care and attention. We will definitely return very soon!!

01/07/2025: Francesco is amazing, he does everything by himself and makes you feel at home with his overwhelming friendliness. Every year I go to Elba I have to go back to him for at least one dinner.

03/07/2025: Dinner with friends, a place recommended by acquaintances, a mainly fish-based menu, I enjoyed the stuffed zucchini flower appetizer and the octopus with potatoes. Out of the way but with excellent cuisine and good service

15/06/2025: Very chic and well-kept restaurant for being in the Portuensi countryside, excellent for making a good impression on customers and relatives. Extraordinary and very extensive menu, there is something for all tastes in terms of fish and there are not the usual three seafood dishes that you see around. Note of merit for raw fish, desserts and wines! I recommend the raw fish, the gratin appetizer, the roast octopus on potato and risotto with shrimp, burrata and lime.

09/06/2025: Ho preso un piatto di Spaghetti Lido (con pesce spada e melanzane). Buonissimo e finalmente porzioni che saziano. Avevo il cellulare a 0% e me lo hanno gentilmente caricato. Importante perché essendo forestiera avevo bisogno di Google Maps per tornare in hotel! :)

17/07/2025: Disappointing Dining Experience While the restaurant's ambiance was appealing, the food, unfortunately, was a complete disaster and utterly unpresentable. It was already disappointing that pizza wasn't offered at lunchtime. But there's nothing positive to say about what our group ordered instead: The steak tasted like shoe leather – terribly thin, burnt, and utterly unpalatable. The carbonara was completely flavorless and constantly needed to be salted just to make it edible. The chicken was dry, and the "fried" vegetables were simply burnt. The salad was an insult: just a few lettuce leaves on a plate that could only be somewhat improved with the balsamic vinegar provided on the table. The fish was the only remotely acceptable dish, but could at best be described as "just okay." All of this cost between €13 and €15 per person, and we also had to wait an hour and a half for our food. A thoroughly disappointing experience.

16/07/2025: Not necessarily recommended. The pizza was okay, lasagna and bolognaise were bland (barely seasoned), and the burger wasn't good (dry). The waiter was completely overwhelmed. The Parmesan and bread didn't arrive until the pasta was almost finished. Next to us was a group of 20 guests, and there were many misunderstandings and incorrect, unordered food. The playground is no longer in good condition. The outdoor seating consists of various uncomfortable garden chairs.

30/06/2025: Omar is so friendly and fantastic at choosing wines. The food is exceptional, too! It is without hesitation that I recommend this restaurant.

03/07/2025: The first time at the Amarantos Restaurant, a truly pleasant experience in every sense. We booked online. Fish-based dinner: appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts, all delicious and well presented. You can see passion and refinement in the preparation of the dishes and in the presentation. Professional and kind staff, refined and welcoming environment. Excellent wine paired with the dishes (an interesting wine list). Price adequate for the quality of the products and the service. Ultimately, everything excellent. We will return Saverio
