I had the pleasure of dining at Le Scuderie del Castello di Govone, and I can honestly say it's more than just a meal, it's a true culinary experience. Each dish showcases the region through authentic ingredients, locally sourced produce, and carefully selected ingredients, cooked with passion and respect for tradition.
