Every dish is meticulously prepared, from appetizer to dessert. The service is truly impeccable: the staff is friendly, helpful, and never intrusive. They make you feel at ease, which is not a given. And the location is stunning, with a view that makes everything even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a seafood restaurant where quality comes first, this is the place. I'll definitely be back!

16/10/2025: I don’t know if it was bc I was American? I got to restaurant. Took 10 minutes to order. 20 minutes for (first glass of wine) waited waited. At 45 min asked where my food was… seemed to have forgot I ordered 35 minutes ago?! People who got there after me started getting their food. (I was honestly pretty polite about it up until the hour point), got a second glass of wine, food came out hour after I ordered it. I paid cash to make sure they didn’t have my financial details bc I knew I was going to post this. Don’t go here. Only bad food experience I’ve had in the country so far.

28/09/2025: A fabulous stay in this ideally located hotel. The staff is as warm, helpful, and professional as ever. The luxurious room was magnificent: marble floors and bathroom, spacious, and well-equipped. A bottle of prosecco awaited us upon arrival, which we enjoyed on our private terrace with pastries from Dal Mas picked up along the way. The breakfast buffet was varied and well-stocked. We were able to take advantage of a direct taxi to Murano, a real plus. Finally, we enjoyed the spa and an unforgettable massage.

22/09/2025: We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Ai Reali! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Rialto and perfectly situated for exploring Venice, with the convenience of being able to stop back at the hotel mid-day between sightseeing. The daily breakfast was delicious, and our room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The bathroom was modern and well-appointed. We arrived early in the morning after a long journey and were pleasantly surprised that our room wasn’t ready yet, but the staff kindly offered a space in the lobby to freshen up, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, this hotel made our time in Venice so enjoyable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, central, and welcoming place to stay.

11/10/2025: I really liked this restaurant. I was there with my mother and we had a first course (Tagliatelle with Speck and Artichokes), which was delicious and tasty. The portion was generous, and we started with a small greeting from the kitchen. Then we had a small treat: a tiramisu, which was also very good. Unfortunately, parking was limited, as the restaurant is surrounded by other houses. The price was really reasonable, and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely be back.

11/10/2025: Had lunch today with my mom. The setting was absolutely delightful, with a priceless view. It was practically a terrace overlooking the lake. Even though we were nearing the end of lunch, we were seated anyway. We both ordered a typical lake dish: risotto with perch. The maître d' described the dish, announcing that it was a traditional dish revisited by the chef. It was essentially creamed with 36-month-aged Grana Padano cheese, which provided just the right amount of saltiness. There were four perch fillets (a couple more would have been nice), the inevitable sage leaf (just a small note: I prefer it breaded and crispy), and a butter emulsion on top. There was also a touch of lemon, which, for my taste, was perhaps too much. It was certainly a good dish, but perhaps I had prepared my palate for the traditional inn risotto. Regardless, we enjoyed it, and we appreciated the maître d'' listening to what I wrote when he came to check on our enjoyment of the dish. I ended the meal with an elaborate and beautifully presented dessert. The wait staff was very, very professional. Prices were average considering it was a gourmet restaurant. If I may, I'd pair the elaborate dishes with something traditional from the lake, leaving the choice to the customer. The owner was friendly. I recommend the restaurant for what was described.

22/10/2025: The location is beautiful, located in Piazza San Zeno, one of Verona's most beautiful neighborhoods. That said, the quality of the fish is average, the fish salad is mediocre, and the fried fish is modest, greasy, and lacks crispiness. The bill is exorbitant for the quality.

19/10/2025: near the Cathedral of San Zeno, a good seafood restaurant that has been appreciated for years. Tasty and good. The pasta sauce is delicious.

04/10/2025: I work there often, photographing some of the weddings held at the inn. I've always had a great experience, the staff is always extremely kind and helpful, the food is delicious, lunch and dinner times are respected to perfection, and the spaces are well-maintained and elegant. I highly recommend it.
