25/02/2025: Two menus. Smoke and Flames. We tried the Fumo with the addition of Cacio and the 7 Pepi. Fantastic. You can breathe the air of tradition with the nuances of innovation. To try and return.

18/02/2025: Valentine's Day evening completely overpriced compared to what was proposed. €5 cover charge each. they are rarely seen in starred restaurants, let alone normal ones... I specify that an all-inclusive price was mentioned, the cover charge was a surprise at the time of payment. At the entrance you waited almost in the rain, unfortunately you pay immediately at the entrance, so there is a queue also because all the tables arrive at the same time, I have never seen anything like this in the many years I have been visiting restaurants. The jacket/coat is left at the entrance without the delivery of any ticket but only by communicating a number...obviously anyone who forgets the number communicated spends half an hour looking for their item. Service was slow, for the wine was served by the glass every half hour and they struggled to bring the bread... one thing to highlight was that the wine was mentioned on the menu, it was completely incorrect not to leave it available to the table. The menu is more or less saved, raw wild strawberry topped with lemon and ginger, good roasted squid, tagliolini with prawns and red fruit juice with good balance and well balanced, unfortunately dishes not very large, for foodies there is the risk of returning home hungry. Poorly managed evening in terms of services and absolutely unjustified price.

13/04/2025: A simply perfect evening! Cozy atmosphere, delicious dishes and service that really makes the difference. The quality of the ingredients can be felt and the presentation is impeccable. Special thanks go to Jack, Mauro and one of their colleagues (whose name we unfortunately don't remember) who, with their professionalism, kindness and attention, made us feel pampered from start to finish. Congratulations indeed! We will definitely return, and we will recommend it to anyone who wants to have a top-level experience!

08/04/2025: Restaurant selected during a guided tour of the nearby Palazzo Farnese. We had lunch on the panoramic veranda, welcomed with great cordiality and kindness. The food, well presented and served with grace, satisfied the most demanding expectations: the house starter, plentiful and of excellent quality, the tortelli filled with cheese and pepper and the lamb chops with seared fingers provided an excellent menu. Good quality/price ratio.

31/03/2025: A truly extraordinary experience was had at Masseria Bandino Ristorante during a lunch in pleasant company. A cuisine that stands out for its refinement, quality and attention to detail, where each dish tells a story made of technique, creativity and respect for the raw material. Everything we tasted was excellent, but there are two dishes that deserve a special mention: the artichoke cooked at low temperature with roasted tomato sauce, aioli and mint sauce, an explosion of taste and texture that conquers from the first taste, and the pork belly with white chocolate cream, passion fruit and fried artichokes, a combination as courageous as it is perfectly successful, which demonstrates how original, surprising and refined this cuisine can be. The wine list is rich and well curated, with a wide and studied selection. The suggestions for pairing were punctual and professional, capable of enhancing each course even more. The impeccable service, courteous and attentive without ever being intrusive, made the experience even more pleasant. A place where you can breathe passion and dedication, perfect for those looking for something authentic and special. I will definitely go back.

03/04/2025: Excellent and super abundant tasting menu, refined dishes and presentations, very kind and attentive staff; a truly unique experience... if it hadn't been for the table positioned right between me and the view, with the room practically empty.... never mind, the head waitress and the waitresses insisted on moving me and I didn't want to be the usual pain in the ass.... my fault.. next time I will accept the change of table, to avoid listening, despite myself and being alone, inane and indelicate speeches towards all the acquaintances of the neighbors at the table. To you at the restaurant: really good, everything was excellent! from the quality of the food, the drinks to the professionalism of the staff, new combinations, for my taste, but all balanced and tasty, and dishes that are very beautiful to look at, which satisfy the eye and the palate! I thank you very much for helping to make my mini-vacation a unique experience!

30/03/2025: Se due anni fa erano stati i fuori menù a fare la differenza, questa volta è il modo in cui i fuori menù sono stati esposti a farla ma in negativo! Se i fuori menù sono elencati a mitraglia, e ti vengono richiesti forse bisognerebbe dare il tempo a chi deve scegliere di...scegliere! Non essendo sul menù, che puoi leggere e rileggere forse ci vuole un attimo di pazienza e di passione nel leggerli e presentarli. Le portate alzerebbero la media, ma ancora una volta è il servizio a farla cadere. Se mangio spaghettoni con gamberi e zafferano e dopo ho il polpo come secondo, non mi spiacerebbe mangiare il polpo con la forchetta pulita, quindi la lascio nel piatto. Se la cameriera mi chiede di toglierla per riusarla, mi spiace ma ha sbagliato mestiere. Piccola nota negativa anche sul vino. Il bianco, se non è tenuto in cantinetta andrebbe portato alla temperatura corretta prima di servirlo, però se si porta in tavola caldo significa che non è conservato al meglio. Mi auguro che questo non succeda anche con vini di alta fascia. Il nostro era un Sorriso di Cielo, direi un buon bianco da pasto...solo se servito fresco. Peccato, ne avremmo bevuto una seconda bottiglia, ma tanto per l'acqua così come per il vino nessuno ci ha chiesto se ne volessimo ancora. Ci riproveremo...ma non presto! Peccato!
