Book as soon as possible if you want to enjoy a carbonara that, in my opinion, is excellent in quality and generous in quantity. For a group like us, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were extremely friendly and service was very fast, despite it being a holiday and a full restaurant. Let's say it was perhaps a little too crowded for the space available, but it was worth it.

Carbonara is the true signature dish: don't expect the Roman version, because here it's presented with a Marche twist, with crispy pancetta and a balance of flavors that captivates from the first bite. The portions are generous, but the option to choose the size of your plate, so you can tailor it to your hunger, is truly strategic, and the quality is such that finishing them becomes a pleasure. The cured meat and cheese appetizers and the sliced ​​steaks, offered in various variations, are also excellent. The service deserves special mention: smiling, polite, attentive staff, and always available to satisfy every request. The quality-price ratio is surprising: generous dishes, well-prepared ingredients, and a more than fair price compared to the average in the area. In short: a genuine, warm, and delicious place, where reservations are recommended, but trying the carbonara is practically a must.

The carbonara was excellent and plentiful. Also worth trying was the truffle carbonara, truly delicious. The prices are very fair; the truffle carbonara is a little more expensive (probably depending on the season), but it's worth it.
