12/04/2026: Spectacular, to say the least. The food is incredibly fresh and truly delicious: I especially recommend the tuna and cuttlefish, both exceptional. Overall, every dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The service is impeccable: the young, kind, welcoming, and friendly staff were attentive. I felt truly cared for and at ease, which is not a given. They seated us in the inside dining room (not the one near the cash register), and it was simply wonderful. The place has an old-fashioned yet unique atmosphere, perfectly showcased. The prices aren't the cheapest, but they're absolutely in line with the quality of the experience: it's definitely worth it. It was a real pleasure.

The portions are generous and authentic, and the quality of the ingredients is top-notch. We loved everything, from the appetizers to the desserts, especially the snails, which were divine. Low prices, highly recommended.

16/04/2026: This was our first time at this beautiful restaurant, accompanied by our three dogs. The staff were very friendly, the dishes were delicious and carefully prepared. The ravioli, baked goat's cheese ravioli, and panizza were excellent, and the desserts were excellent. Average prices. We'll be back.

09/04/2026: Italian cuisine at its finest. Traditional and soooooooo good. We've been traveling through this fantastic country for over 20 years. We've rarely eaten as well as at this place. They offer a set menu. Ours consisted of six appetizers, all freshly prepared, each one a culinary delight. Then there were two fresh pasta dishes. For the main course, you could choose fish or meat. We had sea bream with vegetables, also indescribably good. Our daughter was able to eat everything and even got extra pasta. Of course, there was also dessert. Water, soft drinks, and coffee are included in the set menu. Sabrina, the hostess, speaks perfect English and explained and described all the dishes to us. Our daughter even received a gift at the end. An absolutely wonderful evening that we will remember for a long time, thanks to incredibly friendly hosts. A highly recommended restaurant. We sat in the cellar; from May to September, you can sit outside on the terrace. Absolutely recommended! 🇮🇹😍

24/04/2026: Fantastic last restaurant of our trip! The Trofie al pesto, 🤤🤤🤤 I've never eaten such good pesto! Impeccable, friendly, efficient, and quick service. The portions are very generous and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it!

28/04/2026: An excellent place to sample Ligurian cuisine and be delighted by its flavors and ingredients. The dishes I highly recommend are the gnocchi, the crostone with cod, and the stroscia with zabaglione ice cream. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the waiters are friendly and professional. I recommend booking, especially on weekends, as Dolce Acqua is a popular tourist destination for both Italians and French.

24/04/2026: A top-quality restaurant, from the attentive, kind yet discreet service (which isn't a given) to the quality of the dishes, everything done well (but well means WELL) as true chefs do, nothing improvised, no frills to hide questionable qualities, no over-the-top display to impress, only to enhance. I've tasted several courses, from starters to fish to dessert. We eat out often, and this has now become one of our favorite restaurants. Thanks to Fabri, Valeria, and their dining room staff. P.S. It was absolutely the best restaurant choice. We were hesitating between small seaside restaurants, but this one was much more authentic.
