09/03/2025: The La Braja Restaurant offers classic cuisine, with an elegant mise en place in a cozy and pleasant environment. The dishes are very good, however the strong point of the restaurant is not the famous cheese trolley but Mr Antonio, the restaurant's owner. A gentleman from times gone by whose courtesy and kindness you can't help but admire. A flaw? Perhaps the price is slightly expensive but you pay for the quality.

09/01/2025: The owner welcomed me as a reservation for one... not ignored or devalued but treated as graciously as a bustling table of 6. The evening started with a gentle Sommelia introducing the local varietal with amuse bouche. Then the elegant chefs choices and pairings. After one dinner in Montemagno at La Braja I knew I found the magic of the talent of the villages of Asti. A place that makes you so happy you took time to reward yourself and have a spectacular evening out in a quiet town. Perfecto.

Many had already recommended it to us, so expectations were high... but they managed to surprise us anyway! Refined and delicious dishes, with attention to the smallest details, and an enchanting and elegant location that creates the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the evening. A special round of applause to Chef Toni and all the staff, who made us feel super pampered with their kindness and attention. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique experience! We will definitely be back!

Metal retro billboard hanging on the wall, It creates a strong nostalgic atmosphere, as if taking people back to the past. The white tablecloth, simple lines of tables and chairs and exquisite lamps, It injects modernity and high-end texture into the space. Retro and modern blend together, creating warmth without losing style. The menu offers two set meal options, one meat and one vegetarian. To meet the needs of different tastes, you can also order a la carte. Scatter portions are relatively larger. For a foodie like me who wants to try everything, Of course I chose the set meal without hesitation. Unlocking multiple delicacies at once is so enjoyable! Every dish is surprising, the taste is online, Both the combination of ingredients and the presentation are done with great care.

A menu full of ideas and flavours, paired with divine wines. Laila and her dining room staff were fantastic! 09/03/2025: In gita a Pompei ho visitato insieme a mia moglie questo locale giustamente insignito di una stella Michelin. Già la telefonata di prenotazione è degna di stella, uno dei pochi locali che non richiedono la cauzione denota un livello superiore che è il preludio ad un'accoglienza veramente unica e familiare dove si respira tutta la passione di chi ha svolto un grande lavoro che si concretizza nei piatti elaborati dallo chef in modo impeccabile. Interessantissime le rielaborazoni in chiave moderna della cucina (e del pane!) dell'antica Pompei, senza eccessi ma con grande equilibrio non facile da mantenere quando sono trascorsi più di 2000 anni. I vini del territorio sono stati la scelta giusta per accompagnare la nostra cena con i dessert finali che ci hanno lasciato un dolce ricordo della Campania. Ci piace visitare i ristoranti segnalati dalla guida Michelin durante i nostri viaggi di piacere e questo è stato sicuramente uno di quelli che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente e sicuramente torneremo a trovare lo chef e la gentilissima consorte. Complimenti.

05/04/2025: Fantastiskt god mat och vin. Omfattande meny med allt vad man kan tänka sig ifrån det italienska köket. Vi åt förrätter ostar samt charktallrik som både var omfattande och gott. Till huvudrätt risotto eller fantastisk köttbit med tryffel. Dessutom mycket vänligt bemötande i en riktigt ren, fräsch mysig lokal. Bättre kan det inte bli!

30/03/2025: The food was great, but the service was disappointing. The waitress was unnecessarily rude, criticizing the fact that some of our group of seven only had drinks, despite the restaurant being nearly empty.

01/04/2025: Found a restaurant by chance...a gem amidst all the expensive, touristy restaurants in Rome. For starters, there are a lot of locals, which is a very good thing. Everything is homemade, delicious, and at a very affordable price. The service is impeccable: white tablecloths, typical dishes, attentive and friendly staff. All in a very simple atmosphere. It became our beacon of inspiration throughout our stay! Thank you to the little brunette lady for her kindness ❤️

16/04/2025: Très belle carte, plusieurs options végétariennes, prix très doux. Nous avons bien mangé à deux pour 60 EUR. Salle un peu bruyante quand cela se remplit.

15/04/2025: Sehr freundliche und bemühte Bedienung! Tolle Umgebung mitten im Park Madonie! Gemütliches Ambiente. Englische und deutsche Karte sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Queremos probar otros más auténticos así que fuimos por el diario, le pedimos al camarero sus recomendaciones. La comida fue lo mejor que probamos en nuestro viaje culinario de 7 - día 13 - ciudades. El vino era muy bueno también.

26/03/2025: Very good value for money. The noise of slamming doors (guests and staff) is the only downside to the stay.

17/03/2025: We stayed on Valentine's Day evening with my partner.. LOVELY place.. the dinner was delicious even though the evening was obviously crowded!!.. We slept in the largest suite of the hotel.. WONDER OF WONDERS.. spotlessly clean.. very spacious and with all the requirements for a spa suite. I hope to be able to return soon!!!

28/03/2025: We have been to this restaurant several times for lunch. The dishes were varied, tasty and well presented. The service is accurate and the prices are reasonable and this also encourages us to return. Last time we ate fish based and found everything excellent. The only flaw is the size of the room. It is small and therefore more suitable for adults than children, although the little ones are still welcome. There were 4 of us, including a 2 year old girl, and a high chair was ready for her and a hot dish suited to her needs was quickly prepared for her, while we were still examining the menu...
