06/08/2024: We ended up here by chance. A fabulous surprise for our palate.. Ingredients for the preparation of food of the highest quality, and refined combinations albeit full of the authenticity of the traditions and typicality of the place: Irpinia. Extraordinary starters, first and second courses. We didn't get to the desserts due to the extremely generous portions of the dishes. Rating: 10 cum laude

04/08/2024: Small but welcoming, kind and attentive staff, you can eat excellent local dishes, skilfully prepared, from appetizers to desserts, including wine (in bulk, excellent Aglianico), all at a fair price. The only downside is that after leaving the car on the street, to reach the restaurant you have to take 80 steps on a slightly steep road.

15/08/2024: Beppe takes care of everything in the restaurant, as unfortunately he has no waiters or other staff. But at the same time it doesn't miss anything and the rice is exceptional. Only a little more cleaning would be needed in the bathrooms, but otherwise I absolutely recommend it.

07/08/2024: The place is exquisite, I think I ate the best ceviche of my entire life... in fact I had to order another one!! Mega delicious. The bread they offer is very delicious, there are some very good thin sheets. The shrimp spagetti with black garlic is very delicious and light. Someone ordered tuna and it was served perfectly. The passion fruit sorbet full of flavor. The place is nice, the waitress's attention was very good... we speak Spanish very well. The pasta with seafood is also very good, as is the cod (Catalan style). Very close to Plaza del Popolo, I highly recommend it.

18/08/2024: We stumbled upon this unbelievable gem of a restaurant after visiting the natural springs. It wasn’t yet opened for lunch and we were so happy that we waited. The food was superb. They make the best pasta picci we ate in Italy for last two weeks. We had the exquisite tomato sauce picci pasta and the perfected carbonara pasta dish. Even the desert - white chocolate mousse with concentrated raspberry sauce- was beyond delicious. The atmosphere is very peaceful and beautiful. The service was so hospitable and helpful. We enjoyed it so much. We actually made reservations to come back a second time during our stay in Montepuluciano. if you have a chance, and you are in 1000 mile radius, don’t hesitate!

11/08/2024: By far one of the most amazing meals I've had in Italy. I had the Pici with pear and it was absolutely delicious. I would 100% come back to Bagno Vignoni just for this restaurant again!

26/08/2024: I was there for a wedding dinner. Very nice location and relaxing environment. Excellent food and organization in general. The only "flaw" is the location in the open countryside which is a little difficult to reach especially in the evening.

17/08/2024: We had dinner here as a couple a couple of evenings ago: sitting at the outdoor tables the atmosphere is truly wonderful, the dishes are few but refined and you can feel the attention and dedication. A huge shame for the future closure of the restaurant, gems like these should be valued now more than ever!

22/08/2024: Went here on August 20, 2024 with my boyfriend to have dinner. If you want an authentic veneziana pasta would recommend you to visit and try! They have fixed menu for only 24€! Really had fun here since all the people are polite and funny!! Special Thanks to sir Carlo(he accomodate us to enter the restaurant) to Sajid the best waiter! He helped us choose which foods are the best and he's very kind! To Unic he speaks fluently in italian, spanish and english! The best food I've ever eaten compliments to their chefs🤍

17/08/2024: Hi, we saved ourselves from the heat outside in this small, beautiful restaurant and also ate something. The food was delicious and more than enough. The staff was very, very friendly and accommodating. They're really nice people. Short side story: A man from the staff took a short break outside because there were few people in the restaurant and was insulted by some passer-by outside. The man from the staff replied very friendly and wished him “Peace and Love”. The passerby didn't stop and the man from the staff remained calm and friendly. The world needs people like that.

02/08/2024: De l’extérieur. Cela ne paye pas de mine mais une fois rentrer à l’intérieur du restaurant on y découvre une décoration raffinée et élégante. La carte proposée est simple mais vraiment très bonne. Mes enfants ont pris deux plats de pâtes différentes et ont tout mangé. c’était vraiment délicieux. Pour ma part, j’ai pris le filet de veau qui était vraiment une des meilleures viandes que j’ai mangé. All time. Les desserts étaient globalement bon et le service vraiment de qualité, je recommande le rapport qualité. Prix est également plutôt bon nous avons payé 105 € tout compris pour trois personnes.

31/08/2024: Warm environment immersed in the lower Friulian plain. Local dishes are very tasty and expertly prepared. Simple and at the same time complete. The taste is given by the excellent raw materials. You can see that they are selected. Wide choice of wines without forgetting the "every day" tastings. Super sweets.

18/08/2024: Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura quattro notti e per quattro sere abbiamo mangiato nella stessa! Che dire.. tutto meraviglioso! Prezzi onesti, porzioni giuste e la bontà di tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato è indescrivibile! Davvero… io e il mio compagno siamo rimasti super soddisfatti!

17/08/2024: De Beste (met grote B) ervaring tot nu toe in Toscane! Pure lokale keuken, de overheerlijke truffel ‘opties’, zalige steaks en pasta’s! Vergeet het lokale ‘Cinta Senese’ niet te proeven! Delicieus. Voeg daarbij een gezellige romantische top locatie en dito bediening… do I need to say more? Maak dat je reserveert. (Want het is nodig!) Smakelijk.

13/06/2024: Dopo un pranzo della domenica che ci aveva soddisfatti siamo tornati per una cena. Nonostante fosse sabato il locale non era affollato, la scelta dei fuori menu è sempre limitata alla disponibilità del pescato del giorno, che consiglierei. Buoni ed originali gli antipasti. Servizio curato e veloce, nei limiti delle preparazioni al momento.

22/07/2024: Il mio ragazzo ed io siamo stati per la prima allo Chalet per festeggiare il nostro primo anniversario. Che dire, siamo stati accolti in maniera calorosa dalla dolcissima Romina, che, con tanta pazienza, ci ha presentato il posto e i magnifici percorsi da poter svolgere durante il nostro soggiorno. Per non parlare poi della sorella Monica, nonché grandissima chef dell'hotel, che ci ha riservato un menù tipico piemontese con ghiottonerie a non finire. La stanza che avevamo prenotato, vista lago, era piccolina ma graziosa, con tutte le accortezze necessarie che solo Romina poteva riservarci. Sono stati tutti super gentili e disponibili e ci hanno trattati proprio come membri della famiglia. Torneremo sicuramente a far loro visita, perché siamo appena tornati a casa e già ci mancano tutti. Claudia e Francesco
