21/08/2025: Very good, fresh food. 👌The chef is very friendly and attentive, and will even explain the menu in detail if you wish. We had tuna steak and ravioli with pesto. Excellent. Great value for money.

19/08/2025: Last night I went to dinner with my partner. The place was clean and welcoming, and the owners were even more so. To say we ate divinely seems like an understatement. From the appetizer to the coffee, including the after-dinner drink, everything was sublime. The pasta and bread were handmade!!! We'll be back again tonight!!! Highly recommended! 06/09/2025: My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised! Each dish is a true culinary experience, prepared with fresh, top-quality ingredients. The dishes combine tradition and creativity, meticulously crafted and presented with meticulous attention to detail. The staff is exceptionally courteous and professional, especially the maître d', who is always smiling and available! A place worth trying!

02/09/2025: The service was acceptable, but the prices are far too high for the quality of the food. We shared a starter and ordered two main courses. Unfortunately, the pasta was overcooked - something that should never happen in Italy, where even a simple osteria serves it perfectly al dente. The ravioli sauce was overpowered by black pepper, which masked the flavor of the shrimp. For the starter, we ordered beef tartare. Despite clearly pointing to the beef option on the menu (which had both fish and beef tartare listed), we were first served the fish tartare by mistake. Although the dish was eventually replaced, the bill still included the fish tartare, the more expensive option, and we were charged for it. This is not our first fine dining experience, and overall, the food fell short of expectations, especially considering the price.

02/09/2025: Spectacular location overlooking the lake makes everything more romantic. The decor is modern and simple, yet meticulously crafted. The dining room is well-managed by a young, cheerful, and, above all, well-trained staff. The kitchen produces beautifully presented and carefully prepared dishes. What struck me most was the attention to detail in pairings with high-quality ingredients. The price is in line with the offerings. Worth a visit. I'll be back.

05/08/2025: OMG we had the best time in L’altra taverna we couldn’t ask for a better place to celebrate. We were a party of 17 people so not easy to handle but everything went so smooth. The service was an absolute blast, all the pre reservation communication and during the event was flawless. Food was devine! Everything the atmosphere of the place, the menu and again the service made our evening truly special.

20/08/2025: Strategic location overlooking Livigno. Walkers can complete the route on foot, otherwise they offer a shuttle service, excellent for those with children in strollers, disabled guests, or the elderly.

Seated inside a charming ancient cave, we breathed in an intimate, almost timeless atmosphere. Every dish brought to the table was an embrace of authentic flavors: the cured meats, the potatoes, the meat, the wine... everything spoke of tradition and love for the land. Then Alessandra arrived, with her smile and her stories: in just a few moments, she gave us the true soul of Bagnoregio, intertwining childhood memories and the history of a place carefully guarded by her parents. The wine recommendation was very good and we enjoyed the wine. We returned 2 days later and had the same wonderful experience. Sadly we must return home so cannot return to Matisse but would highly recommend it. Grazie.
