26/07/2026: This Italian gem is a highly recommended restaurant, exquisite and unique, but it's not for everyone. Western audiences might not be pleased due to the lack of customization and dietary restriction options. 🇮🇹💎🍽️

01/07/2026: We are visitors from America. Vegetarian. Some of us have nut-allergies. We were looking for some genuine local Italian food. This place hit the right spot for a few reasons: 1. The ingredients were naturally flavorful. 2. Not overcooked, not too raw 3. Not very greasy, but had the right amount of cheese. We tried the Spaghetti (without the pine nuts), Risotto (awesome), sides (Spinach with garlic and olive oil, Beans i.e. Fagioli all'uccelletto) and the glorious Panna Cotta (great with the raspberry and cocoa sprinkling). We walked in with very little hunger, just because it was time for dinner after a long tiring day of sightseeing. The hosts were very polite, gave us a great estimate of the wait time (15 mins) and served us well. We were very satisfied and might actually come back if time permits! Definitely recommend!

30/06/2026: Great pizza spot away from the tourist traps. Fantastic service and glorious pizzas at very reasonable prices, all in a modern setting. The team were friendly and accommodating, and it was nice to be somewhere filled with locals as opposed to tourists (like us!). Grazie!

08/06/2026: The favorite spot of the great champion Gigi Riva. Located just a short distance from Cagliari's marina, this historic restaurant has proven to be a timeless favorite. It's always a pleasure to return to savor the freshest seafood and fish, of the highest quality. Kudos to the owner for his exquisite kindness and to the staff for their impeccable and attentive service. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar. Highly recommended.

07/06/2026: A trattoria in the center of Cagliari, just steps from the port. Paid parking is available all around. It's not easy to find a spot. The atmosphere is homey and puts you in a holiday mood. The menu is essentially fixed, with a few changes that need to be requested in advance. The catch of the day is fresh, and everything was delicious and well-cooked. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. The desserts are excellent. Good value. I recommend it!

Each dish respects tradition, yet is enriched with a touch of creativity that makes it special without distorting its essence. You can sense the attention to detail, from the pairings to the presentation of the dishes, always well-executed but never overdone. The portions are generous, and the flavors are authentic and timeless. Another strong point is the staff: friendly, attentive, and truly welcoming. They make you feel at ease from the first moment, with that spontaneity that makes lunch or dinner even more enjoyable. It's one of those places you'll want to return to, not only for the good food, but also for the family atmosphere. Congratulations to the entire staff!

14/07/2026: "Caught cleverly" by Mr. Gaetano, we hesitantly enter the restaurant. The place is well-maintained, without any stylistic flaws. The welcoming greetings, accompanied by spontaneous smiles, and the typical Sicilian menu convince us to take a seat. Warm bread bites with oil and vinegar (on the house), mixed fried fish, egg fusilli alla norma, caponata, pasta with tomato sauce and French fries: all delicious, no complaints. We didn't have room for dessert, but the sweet couscous piqued our interest, so we must return. A digestif is offered. Prices are reasonable. A pleasant final chat with the lovely Mrs. Carola is a pleasure. Those lucky enough to linger beyond the main course can try it for themselves.

08/06/2026: We were reminded of the '80s, when we saw the jukebox, ping pong table, and pinball machine. The staff was very attentive and quick, even coming back for second helpings. Incredible value for money, we'll be back in the area just for this place.
