01/03/2025: Locale semplice ma con atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. Cucina buona. Ottimo il fungo con la caciotta dell’antipasto, originali i dolci. Proprietario molto gentile come pure il cameriere per un servizio efficiente.

22/03/2025: If you are looking for a place to feel at home in the heart of Trevi, Trattoria La Bigonza is a must! Michele, the owner, is truly a super host: welcoming, helpful and ready to make you live a unique experience. We started with a phenomenal appetizer: the crostone with Ciauscolo, traditional and abundant, which immediately won us over for its authentic flavor and the quality of the ingredients. For the first courses, we tried the Grigia with mushrooms and the Cannelloni with artichokes: both excellent dishes, prepared with care and absolutely delicious. The pasta was perfect and the toppings rich in flavor. For the second course, we chose the livers and meatballs, both exquisite dishes that left us speechless for their goodness. As a side dish, the roast potatoes were perfect, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The environment of the trattoria is super cute and original, with an atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. It is the kind of place that manages to combine tradition with a touch of modernity, creating a pleasant and relaxing experience. And, what is really appreciable, the price is low, considering the quality and quantity of the dishes. I highly recommend “La Bigonza” to anyone who wants to taste genuine dishes, prepared with passion, in an environment that knows how to make you feel special, without emptying your wallet.

12/04/2025: Excellent welcome (in French too!). Traditional and regional dishes. Tried the assortment of starters and the rabbit roll stuffed with fig and apricot: delicious. Also veal, beef, pasta. Highly recommended, remember to book.

22/10/2024: We had dinner in this beautiful restaurant by the sea, the environment was as refined as the service and the dishes served. They bring you the entrée and the small meliga before dessert, the staff are in uniform and the environment has soft lights and a relaxing atmosphere. We were delighted at the first taste of the crouton with Cantabrian anchovies followed by an incredible tuna tartare! We ordered the first course by copying the neighbors, but luckily for us we didn't explain ourselves well to the waiter and we received a plate of spaghetti with squid ink and burrata with mussels and cherry tomatoes which we thanked heaven for the misunderstanding because they were sublime! We then had the mackerel and the sea bass, I honestly didn't expect my mackerel to be so tasty, but it exceeded all expectations and the sea bass with vegetables was also really excellent. We were full, but we couldn't resist the tiramisu... stratospheric! Special thanks to Emanuele who was super professional and very nice! We found the price absolutely adequate for the entire experience, in line with the level of the restaurant and definitely in the average of the island, naturally referring to restaurants of the same level or even lower level, the Da Piero restaurant stands out, so absolutely 🔝

13/03/2025: Piccolo locale rustico con una capienza di circa 30/35 posti, si presenta ordinato e pulito, buono il servizio svolto in modo cortese e presente.il menù non è molto ampio, prevede circa 4 antipasti, altrettanti primi e lo stesso i secondi, i piatti sono semplici ma gustosi, nessuna divagazione o abbinamenti improbabili. I prezzi sono medi, rispetto i prezzi indicati su trip vanno aumentati di circa il 40 %. Consigliato a chi cerca buona cucina ed un posto intimo e rilassante.

23/03/2025: Top restaurant with delicious pizza. €2.20 per person for two slices of baguette with oil is a bit excessive (you have to pay!), but that's probably how you'll get a tip.

17/03/2025: We didn't take photos, but the pizza was so good, with quality products and a Neapolitan cloud dough, that we returned the following evening too. Vegetarian 2.0 is a little gem. The waiter's discreet kindness and friendliness, the icing on the cake. Fast and precise in service. P.S. also the pizza with Nutella to finish... light, crunchy... good, good. Well done, encore!

21/03/2025: Una certezza dopo decine di anni "La Brace ". Se dovessi descrivere brevemente questa " casa" dove cenare direi " innovazione nella tradizione ". Pur mantenendo le caratteristiche delle radici si assapora la freschezza della innovazione . Tutto eccellente il Tournedot è una pietra miliare ma gli antipasti, i primi , il pesce tutto declinato alla perfezione . Un complimento alla cucine che mette " amore nei piatti " ed ai giovani gestori attenti ma non pressanti, professionali ma non distaccati veramente una realtà rara nel panorama del food. Se siete a Cefalù andateci altrimenti vale il viaggio.

10/04/2025: Historic place, refined atmosphere. Tuscan menu with US influences. We Italians were in a clear minority. We ordered bruschetta with mushrooms, good, and a 1.6 kg Chianima steak. Good meat, but it arrived at the table already cold. Wines at no less than 60 euros. We paid well. Nice service

Il responsabile è stato disponibile tutto il tempo: ha gentilmente accettato di tenere aperto un po' di più il ristorante per noi che siamo arrivati in ritardo e ci ha guidati nella scelta dei piatti e delle porzioni. 18/01/2025: Special atmosphere, attentive service. Unfortunately the dishes did not meet expectations, in particular we chose the 4-course tasting menu. Unfortunately the lovage risotto didn't taste like lovage at all and the lemon was too persistent. It was a lemon risotto and not lovage. Portions too too small. With €170 for dinner you leave hungry. Wide choice of wines. I wouldn't go back.
