I was invited to a graduation and I was enchanted.
The place is nice, not special. The food is really excellent, of the highest quality. The fact that before lunch they let us taste the oil they produce with the typical focaccia with onion was a real treat. Impeccable service, waiters present and attentive to everything. Even though the place was full, we waited very little. A shout out to the chef who came out of the kitchen several times to make sure everything was to our liking.
The pasta with pistachio cream is special, but even more so is the pork main course with apples on top. It was so soft it melted in your mouth.
I will definitely go back

Great food! Excellent quality of raw materials. The aubergine tower, with burrata and basil is really delicious!
The trofie with pistachio and bacon was a little salty, and the dessert exquisite. A combination of flavors that delights the palate.

Today we had lunch... the staff and owner were very kind... the cured meats and cheeses were of excellent quality... you could sense the refinement of the local products... the first courses were excellent... compliments to the chef!!!! wide choice of the wines and spirits...recommended...we will definitely be back...!!!!

Sono stato oggi a pranzo da rinuncio e devo dire che mi sono trovato discretamente bene, come servizio funziona bene il personale tanto disponibile é gentile, una cosa che lamento è il menù troppo corto quindi poca possibilità di scelta, ma qualcosa che mi attirava c'era, erano i maccheroni fatti a mano al sugo di carne ottimi ma pochini perché sono rimasto con tanta fame, queste porzioni vengono serviti nei ristoranti stellati ma li c'è un percorso e quindi riesci a saziarti per altro nulla da lamentare
