A very welcoming restaurant, serving fine Sicilian cuisine at competitive prices. The menu was thoroughly explained. The staff was very attentive.

Easter lunch with a set menu that's anything but ordinary, sophisticated, and satisfying, not just for the palate: special mention goes to the slow-cooked pork cheek, and the wine cellar, from sparkling wines to full-bodied reds, appropriately stocked with Etna's wine treasures.

We visited this restaurant with my family, and there are several positive aspects to highlight: the quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, the dishes are truly delicious, and the service is attentive and professional. However, I found a sore point regarding the price-to-size ratio of the dishes. Although I'm willing to pay significant amounts for fine dishes (like the €28 for the excellent tagliolini with truffle), I found the portions to be excessively small. In a gastronomic experience of this caliber, one would expect greater attention to the guest's ultimate satisfaction; unfortunately, despite the deliciousness of the food, we left feeling that the portions were undersized for the cost. Having frequented several Michelin-starred restaurants, I know that a balance between refinement and satiety is possible, but here I found an imbalance that didn't fully justify the final bill. I hope this feedback will be taken as an incentive to better calibrate the offerings, because the cuisine truly deserves a lot.

An excellent lunch, featuring high-quality Sicilian products. A vast selection of wines, with great skill in pairing. We tried the slow-cooked veal cheek, a complex dish that was executed to perfection. I recommend the ricotta and asparagus tortelli, a special touch in using local asparagus. We were truly satisfied with our Easter lunch here.

Stunning location overlooking the Etna forests. Mount Etna in the background adds an extra touch. The staff is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Honorable mention for the quality of the food, especially the croquettes, the trofie with pistachio pesto, and the apple cake with orange oil. Highly recommended!

Excellent restaurant! It perfectly represents the cuisine of eastern Sicily and Etna. Special mention for the charcuterie and cheese platter, with a wide variety of jams to pair with the cheeses. Excellent quality food. Excellent service, excellent chef.
