30/07/2024: Unbelievable find right on our doorstep. The food was delicious and so so much of it. The portions are massive and extremely good prices too. Loved the spicy olives. The staff were so nice and spoke some English, a lot more than my Italian for sure. Full of very friendly locals and far away from the normal tourist traps. Best restaurant we have been to in Rome ❤️ Definitely try it if you are nearby.

30/07/2024: Great atmosphere, informal and cozy, with a large outdoor seating. The menu features traditional Italian recipes like amatriciana and middle eastern food like mujaddara, shisk tawouk. Gluten free food is available in the menu including a delicious GF tiramisu. Very good selection of local wines and liquors. Friendly and professional service. Highly recommended

13/08/2024: Finally I found vegan Carbonara and Tiramisu in Rome. Just the plastic chairs are the reason for two point less as in high summer it is very sweaty outside. Everything else just perfect :)

28/08/2024: Excellent location, very central, but very well soundproofed room, so you can also enjoy tranquility and privacy. Nice view from both the main balcony and the back one. Very kind and professional staff.

28/08/2024: The hotel is in the city center and the rooms overlook narrow alleys which, with the proximity of the other buildings, do not allow for any privacy. Car parking is not convenient. For a superior room you expect a bathroom with window. The room was clean and the dinner was excellent.

25/08/2024: Ristorante di una villa nella periferia lucchese, aperto anche agli esterni. Location elegante e semplice, non grandissima rapportata anche al fabbisogno degli eventuali ospiti. Qualche problemino iniziale a causa della mancanza di una targa/insegna/indicazione (che può essere facilmente risolto anche solo andando a mettere il nome della villa tra parentesi accanto al nome del ristorante sui vari portali). Un’accoglienza calda ed informale, molto cortese e rispettosa, più da struttura alberghiera che da ristorante (cosa molto positiva). Menu piccolo e preciso, mare e terra. Materia prima ottima e fresca, cucinata molto bene e servita in porzioni non generose ma sicuramente abbondanti. Ottima la lista dei vini. I prezzi sono in linea con quello offerto, parliamo di 40-60 euro a persona di media. Una bella esperienza, sicuramente da ripetere.

31/08/2024: I chose it thanks to the reviews I read but unfortunately I was quite disappointed. the raw materials are all good but in my opinion not prepared correctly. However, the thing that left me most perplexed was the frying of prawns and calamari: on the menu it was specified that in the absence of fresh products, frozen products would be used... and so far ok, but then if they arrive frozen, why pay for them at the same price as fresh ones!?! Courteous and extremely helpful service, right from the phone call made to reserve a table and sunbeds. A bit of an ugly location, certainly the least nice and evocative of the 4/5 restaurants on site.

27/08/2024: Passing through Trieste with friends, we found this restaurant convinced by the good reviews. They have done nothing but confirm themselves. There were 5 of us. My girlfriend and I divided an appetizer, took a first course each and divided a second course. At the end of lunch we were packed and everything was really of excellent quality, very good, I even complimented it. The ham in the appetizer was exquisite, the pasta, in particular the gnocchi with goulash and bacon, were very tasty and finally the Ljubljanska... I was delighted: crunchy breading, filling with an intense flavor and also abundant I must say, accompanied with chips fries cut into rounds (not frozen) and a sauce. The only "negative" note was that the service wasn't very fast, but to make up for it they also offered us the last remaining tiramisu. Personally, if waiting a little means eating like this, the wait is more than worth it: quality requires attention. Quality - price: Excellent, highly recommended: taking an average and considering that we ate a lot of things (starter and first course or just the second course with side dish was enough) drinks + half starter + first course + half second course in the end the total is around 40 euros each, but you can easily stay about 30. For this quality, less would be impossible. Place: cute, spartan, but well kept. Service: apart from the timing, rightly not fast food-like, the staff were courteous, kind and helpful.

24/08/2024: A place with attention to every detail in the center of Trieste, evocative. We stopped for a quick aperitif of his canapés. Unfortunately it is not open for dinner and we were not able to taste its cuisine, it certainly would have been worth it!

24/07/2024: OH MAMA! I think it's my favorite place for professionalism, good food and value for money. Nothing better around! Competent, fast and always smiling staff. Food that truly deserves its simplicity and extreme goodness. The highlight for me..... THE CAKE!.

04/08/2024: Very kind female staff, much less the gentleman as to my question if they had the Sicilian cassata he replied with a hint of sarcasm here we are in Pinerolo. I'll give you some advice: go to the south, it would certainly come in handy. I conclude by saying that I am Piedmontese while my partner is from the south. Happy continuation

06/08/2024: It's a tough walk to the restaurant but it's worth every drop of sweat. The welcome is very warm. The atmosphere is casual, Capri meets Costa Rica. We took the vegetarian menu with matched wines. Very tasty dishes with a unique touch. And the wines... it quickly became clear that a top sommelier is at work here. Let yourself be guided and be sure to visit the beautiful wine cellar. We finished with a grappa…choice from 200 varieties! The sommelier again took his time to help us make the right choice. And then came another surprise…the price. By Capri standards it's not expensive. We will definitely come back.

02/08/2024: Simply amazing! Off the beaten path romantic restaurant with traditional Italian food, but with a modern twist thanks to their Peruvian sous chief. The service was impeccable. We shared most dishes and the kitchen portioned it into two separate plates. Lots of little thoughtful details like that, bread tasting, complimentary amuse-bouche, and providing cool towels after our walk to the restaurant. Highly Recommend.

13/08/2024: Aesthetically beautiful place. Open kitchen. Price in line with what you eat, the only flaw is slightly inattentive and slow service.
