28/04/2026: Ristorante Pizzeria Il Giardino is the pizzeria formerly known as Gasby. The atmosphere has been renovated; we found it quieter and tidier. The service is good, and the wait times are normal. You can chat with friends in peace. The place is very large, and in the summer, there are also tables outside.
The pizza has changed; it's thin, large, oval, and delicious.
The gluten-free pizza is very good and isn't your average frozen pizza. Sure, it might make you sad at first glance after seeing the others, but once you taste it, you realize the dough is good and that it wasn't too bad. I had the Margherita, but I recommend getting the toppings, because it's worth it.

16/02/2026: The beers and atmosphere are excellent. My only small complaint is that it took a quarter of an hour to bring us the menu once we were seated. Other than that, I'll be back. The lager from the Orso Verde brewery is excellent.

With different menus for breakfast, brunch, or a business lunch, it's sure to satisfy the gastronomic curiosity of the many regulars and occasional diners at this charming establishment next to the courthouse.
03/04/2026: Brunch at Less was nothing short of a wonderful experience: not only were the location and the food extraordinary, but the welcome was something rarely found in Varese. We can't wait to return!

There are new owners.
The service is incredibly nice and friendly. The food has changed a lot. There's now a set menu and more standard dishes. Solid!
Update September 26: The dishes are too simple; they no longer impress us.

A welcoming and relaxed location where the host/hostess really goes out of their way for you.
The handwritten menu changes regularly.
Additionally, the steak is amazing!
We have been three times.
Fresh water was brought for the dog immediately, and after the meal, a piece of meat was brought for her.

05/04/2026: I had a cappuccino and a chocolate brioche...the cappuccino was creamy and the brioche was quite rich in cream...the place also has an outdoor seating area.
It's advisable to pay with a debit card rather than cash.
