29/11/2025: Was kinda having doubts when I see a lot of bad reviews here, but this is the kind of restaurant that one shouldn’t judge with reviews. Worth my time and money. Taste is good.

26/11/2025: Ten days a month I'm in Saronno for work, the street next to the restaurant... I've gotten takeout from them practically every night. Tonight I ordered chicken (excellent) and soy spaghetti with veal, the latter smelled awful and rancid... I called to politely let them know, also emphasizing that the chicken was excellent and asking them to at least make me a portion of fries... I also said I would bring them back to prove I hadn't eaten them... no way, they said I added soy sauce, which had vinegar in it, and blah blah blah... no, the veal stank, it's sickening... a customer who eats ten days a month is lost... OK, we're all useful, no one is indispensable... But nothing was done to accommodate the person... never again.

21/11/2025: A simple, casual restaurant, without too many pretensions. I only went for lunch, and I have to say the food is very good. The dishes are carefully prepared and quite varied. The dishes are mainly fish-based, although there are also some meat options. For lunch, they offer a set menu with various choices for €9 (drinks not included). Excellent value, fast and impeccable service. Clean atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

06/01/2026: Excellent value for an all-you-can-eat restaurant, friendly staff, and a clean place. The place is very large and always busy, so it can get very chaotic. Reservations recommended.

02/01/2026: We paid €83 for two. We were served steamed bread with a black hair inside. We reported the problem, and the waiter, visibly annoyed, took the dish away, doubting what had happened (I should point out that we both have blonde hair 😉). He probably thought we didn't want it anymore, even though we had clearly asked for it to be returned once it was remade, because we were going to eat it anyway. When we asked, the waiter arrogantly replied: "It takes at least 20 minutes, they're never ready!" Throughout all this, no one even bothered to apologize. We also ordered a portion of 8 pieces: the salmon looked horrible, almost rubbery. We left them on the plate because they were inedible. Despite this, and despite the hair found in the steamed bread, we were still charged a €7 surcharge. It's not so much the cost itself—€7—but the principle: after finding a hair in our food and being treated like liars, we end up paying more for poor and disrespectful service. We reported the hair issue again at the cashier, but received no response. I haven't been to this place in two years because it feels like a cafeteria: it's always crowded, you have to chase after a waiter to get a hold of him, and the quality isn't great. I thought I'd be able to change my mind this evening, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

16/12/2025: The place is very nice and has a lovely outdoor garden for al fresco dining. The burgers are good. I've been here both outside in the summer and inside in the winter. It's very noisy inside and the acoustics are unpleasant. It's difficult to have a conversation.

13/12/2025: The guys are very kind and knowledgeable, nice place, refined beers, shame about the food...terrible! Very low quality. The burger was inedible because the meat was so tough and overcooked, the frozen bread was invisible, all crumbs and stringy, industrial potatoes and not to mention the cake...I couldn't eat it because it was so old and raw! Terrible experience, highly not recommended. Never again!

17/01/2026: Clothing at affordable prices, but you can't always find quality brands and sizes. To get a bargain, you have to visit frequently, which, unfortunately, isn't feasible for me.

28/09/2025: Very nicely located. Shady. Overwhelmed at lunchtime. The male waitresses were very courteous, but the two female staff were unfortunately disgruntled. Lots of pasta and very few vongole. Too expensive for that.

20/08/2025: Delicious! My girlfriend and I went last week and they put a spoonful of ice cream (in my case, Nutella) on top of a cone of other flavors. Since then, I've been waiting to go back and try the Nutella ice cream again. Today I tried the unicorn flavor and I already know I can't wait to go back and try it again in the next few days.
