15/12/2025: I just received Chef Petito's Traditional Millebolle Panettone. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was truly disappointed. I paid €45.00 for the panettone plus €9.99 for shipping. The price may seem high, but I've also paid €80.00 for a "designer" panettone, so I think if the quality justifies the price, then it's worth it. Unfortunately, this panettone has several problems. Starting with the ATM packaging, which is a great idea because it extends its shelf life, this packaging also causes the panettone to take up too much space during transport, and since it gets tossed around from side to side, it suffers. This doesn't happen when wrapped in the classic Moplefan bag because the bag is in direct contact with the panettone, limiting its movement. I want to point out that I'm a chef and entrepreneur myself. I don't want to sound presumptuous, but I want to clarify, because this review isn't just coming from a customer, but from someone who works in this industry and knows what they're talking about. Now let's talk about the technical side: the panettone is generous with vanilla and candied fruit, but it's all overshadowed by this overpowering orange paste. My mouth started tingling with the first bite, and after 20 minutes, I still feel numb from this overpowering orange aroma—a truly annoying, not pleasant, effect. The raisins aren't the best quality, flavorless and sparse, unlike the candied fruit, which, however, is always covered in this orange paste. I don't doubt that this batch (of the many they produce daily) is probably a "bad" batch, but this brand's trademark is "Millebolle," and it should be as advertised. At Chefe, one of the worst things that can happen to me is selling an undercooked product. This panettone has some raw parts; I have no doubt that the core reached 92-94°C, but the top is underdeveloped, as you can clearly see from the photos. It looks like it was baked quickly and at high temperatures. This is a sign of a lack of continuity in production. The icing is black, it looks charred, and in fact, as soon as I opened it, I thought it was chocolate, given how dark the icing was (the remaining icing, because the rest was all crushed inside the bag). The panettone itself, unfortunately, is truly chewy, not at all soft, cloying, and the buttery scent is nonexistent. I'm sorry to have to write this review. I don't know Chef Petito personally, and I don't doubt his knowledge and savoir-faire, but unfortunately it seems to me that this panettone was a publicity stunt, a marketing ploy where study, art, and passion for this craft were effectively overshadowed. I fully understand that one in a thousand products may not be perfect, but when a professional decides to mass-produce such a large quantity, they must take into account that each batch must be carefully and diligently inspected to ensure that the end customer receives the same product that is so widely advertised on Instagram as being one-of-a-kind and perfect. For now, I will no longer purchase a Petito panettone. One day, I hope to stop by their bakery and try something else besides this panettone, so I can reevaluate my opinion.

03/12/2025: Today, I had a snack at Petito. The place is really cool, everything perfect, beautiful product display, excellent lighting, music at the right volume so that communication between diners is smooth, and the staff is very friendly and wore top-notch uniforms. My order was: a very good hot black tea and a crunchy sfogliatella, with just the right amount of cinnamon but a slightly sparse filling. Everything was really perfect, but in my opinion they should increase the filling inside. I will definitely be back, hoping that next time it will be a wow factor.

15/10/2025: A beautiful location, ideal for receptions. It's an October day, not very suitable for being outdoors. The interior is very beautiful, with a splendid cellar downstairs.

16/09/2025: Beautiful location, the outdoor dining area is well-kept and clean. We've hosted two large events there, and we've always had a great time. The food is good, the woman who runs it is knowledgeable and friendly, and the two young waitresses are also friendly and polite. The price is very attractive if you're planning large events like weddings, baptisms, etc.

02/11/2025: Food 5 ⭐ : ordered one Margherita and 17 gennaio. I never had THIS pizza before. It's not a thin dough nor thick. The pizza is not dry nor oily. It's just done right. I enioyed it. Service 4 ⭐: waiting time was more than 20 minutes. I recommend give them a call to place your order. It was Saturday, and people were getting big pizzas in bulk. Atmosphere 4 ⭐: toilet is located behind the bar, and is small but tidy. Not much sitting place. Only two tables that you can put together if you come with a company of 4+ people. I'm satisfied!

05/08/2025: I didn't know about this place, and I regret it. The space isn't particularly large, with seating both inside and out. It's a casual place, also ideal for a snack. The pizzas, served by the slice, are truly good, not greasy, and delicious—a must-try! Of course, they do takeout, and in the area, I think it's the best option, so you can get your pizza home while it's still hot. I highly recommend it, even if you're just passing through Viale Europa.

11/10/2025: I stopped here during a hike. The cake and coffee were delicious, and the owners were very friendly. Water was free. Open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, according to the notice board. Highly recommended.

11/10/2025: I ordered six pizzas for 8:30 PM. I was told they'd arrive on time. Now it's 9:17 PM, but they still haven't arrived. I called the pizzeria twice, and a young woman answered, telling me the pizzas were just coming out of the oven. I asked for an explanation, but the girl, annoyed by the situation, hung up on me.

11/08/2025: Last night I ordered takeout pizzas and was really satisfied! As soon as I arrived, the guy at the counter was super kind and friendly: he even offered me a beer while I waited, a simple but much appreciated gesture. The pizzas were all excellent: well-cooked dough, abundant, and high-quality ingredients. The fish is a must-try. Well done!
