Nice location apart from the soundproofing, average dishes for all you can eat, but the service is a bit slow and distracted during the courses.

This is my third time at this magnificent place. I wanted to leave a good review the first time, but I decided to wait a bit. I can say, however, that it's a very welcoming place, with fantastic service, delicious food, and very attentive and knowledgeable staff. I recommend it for a nice lunch or dinner with family or friends.

I've always had a great time at Kisen, but yesterday I went back and the quality of the fish has really deteriorated. The service is still excellent, but the food isn't. The quality used to be better.

08/12/2025: The best pizza by the slice in Varese, both the Margherita and the pizza, which taste great, are light and don't leave you feeling bloated the next day. I also tried the gourmet Zola and spicy ones. If it's made with poor quality ingredients, you'll drink a lot at night and feel heavy the next day. Theirs gave me a great night's sleep and no nighttime thirst. Friendly and smiling staff, a clean and quiet environment, quick wait times for a Sunday evening (they do a lot of takeout orders), and a truly excellent value for money, especially considering it's in Varese (which now seems like a Swiss branch due to the high prices). Highly recommended.
