I've always had a great time at Kisen, but yesterday I went back and the quality of the fish has really deteriorated. The service is still excellent, but the food isn't. The quality used to be better.

Refined, modern atmosphere, lovely evening atmosphere, soft lighting, and soft music.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and fast.

The food is okay... a bit of a delay with some dishes being requested multiple times, and in my opinion, some glitches with the app (duplicate orders arrived for us and the table next to us, probably due to an app glitch).
The service was excellent, even in trying to correct small errors that weren't their fault... especially one young member of the team who, despite our various "compliances," remained polite and kind.

Elegant restaurant with glass windows, friendly staff, and the waitress, Gidi, is sweet and patient in explaining how to place online orders. The food is tasty, so you can eat as much as you want. I highly recommend it.

A classic AYCE restaurant, with a fairly elegant ambiance, featuring sofas and tables, spread across two floors with large windows overlooking the street. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Orders are made via QR code at the table. Various dishes are available, including several meat dishes and a focus on fusion cuisine. The portions are barely adequate; the rice is sticky, and the fish lacks character. A few beers and a limited wine selection are available. Prices are in line with current offerings for this type of restaurant.
