07/12/2024: Ambiente silenzioso ed elegante senza eccessi. Vini ottimi, pietanze ben cucinate e presentate, attesa adeguata tra una portata e l'altra. Indubbiamente un ristorante di livello. Siamo Usciti pienamente soddisfatti Unico neo, la porta della cucina che sbatteva in continuazione ( o si incastrava)

29/11/2024: Locale piccolo ma ben curato. Servizio gentile e cibo davvero ottimo e di qualità, il risotto con i funghi porcini era davvero buonissimo. Buoni anche i dolci.

20/07/2024: Aperitif dinner with family. They reserved the little room in front of the entrance for us, enough space for about ten people as many as we were. Good quality food and service. The detailed description of the products offered, both food and drinks, is also good. Good service, constant presence but never intrusive or annoying to ask and/or see if everything was going well. If I really have to find a flaw it is in the furnishings made, probably for "trend", of reusing tables and chairs which unfortunately are not the maximum comfort for those who remain seated and consume. Advised.

17/11/2024: Pizza buona tutto nelle norma ma al momento di pagare hanno fatto cifra tonda senza uno scontrino fiscale e dai miei calcoli mi hanno fatto pagare di più!!! Oltre a non aver emesso scontrino! Ci hanno guadagnato il doppio!!! Complimenti non ci tornerò mai più e lo sconsiglierò vivamente a tutti!!!

I had the opportunity to try the day and evening shifts at different times and situations, the quality of the service was perfect in both situations. Elegant and welcoming environment. Compliments!

18/12/2024: Had dinner here with friends: for months I had been dying to try this place after hearing good things about it but... the reality didn't meet my expectations! The chosen menu included the tasting of 4 empanadas which we were first told should each be divided for two people and then each for 4 people! But I say, but how do you divide an empanadas about 8 cm long into 4 people!? Unfortunately, the meat also had cuts that were not too large and thin which did not allow it to be cooked rare, resulting in it being overcooked. Furthermore, of the 6 theoretical menu cuts, we saw 3. In the end, not too satisfied we decided to add a starter with really good cured meats, some of us had dessert. Final price including extras: €85 per person instead of the sponsored €49. A really positive note: the service girls who were always very attentive and kind in following us throughout the dinner. It's a shame to miss out for so little…

09/12/2024: Themed venue, very welcoming, you immediately feel at ease; very friendly and highly trained staff; exquisite food, vast choice of high quality beers and excellent value for money. Large adjacent and private parking. I will definitely go back and with other people. Recommended for outings with friends, as a couple or with family.

29/08/2024: What can I say.... Nice discovery!!!! Professional and attentive service. Few dishes on the menu and rightly so, in fact the freshness and quality of the raw materials is very high. Well thought out and excellently executed dishes. Possibility to choose a wide choice of wines and champagne with the advice of the sommelier who also advises you based on the type of courses ordered and I would say... the wine and food pairing is spot on!!! Congratulations we will definitely be back

12/11/2024: un posticino accogliente e dal clima informale che stride con i contrasti - alcune volte troppo - marcati imposti dal vigente "fine dining". la qualità delle materie prime e la padronanza delle tecniche di preparazione è indubbia. i locali sono piccoli, ma puliti e accoglienti. il rapporto qualità/prezzo è rispettato, per cui sarebbe ingiusto dare un voto inferiore, ma se preparassero piatti della tradizione, sarebbero stellari non solo in senso di inchino alla nota guida.

09/11/2024: Con il giusto livello di diffidenza, arrivi a Fagnano Olona pensando di aver rimandato la visita di Acquerello per non restarne deluso. L’ambiente piccolo e curato, che mantiene semplicità e lascia spazio alle naturali imperfezioni, l’eleganza non ostentata del personale di sala e infine lo chef Silvio, nella sua grossolana timidezza. La sfida è entrare in questo modo, per comprenderne la poetica e la meraviglia che vi sta dietro. I contrasti di questa tavolozza suscitano fastidio, tanto da far innamorare. La Corea è nascosta in cucina, ma i suoi profumi esplodono, così come le influenze del secondo Chef. Il lago si tuffa in un mare di tempura di calamaretti spillo, lo storione alla ferrarese è uno scherzo per gli occhi, e mima un risotto. L’intramezzo per la digestione è al rabarbaro: un whisky irlandese che del caramello ha la perversione. Chiude il bue grasso, inebria la stanza con la sua griglia di alloro e foglia di fico. Non ci sono perplessità, ma la sorpresa si un’abilità rara. Non vale solo il viaggio, ma molto di più.

25/11/2024: I rarely give 5 stars in reviews, this one fully deserves it. Here they know how to cook excellent fish. Small location with limitation of seats, also due to the recent Covid-19 limitations, I recommend booking, therefore not suitable for large tables, menu with wide choice, especially fish, the courses I chose ARE FANTASTIC, see photo. Excellent service, all this is compensated by a NIRVANA menu, the ecstasy achieved cancels out any other evaluation. The basic menu of €16 has an excellent quality/price ratio, a cover charge and drinks and excellent house wine must be added. What can I say, if you love good food you can't help but visit it. 😋😋😋 2024 Update: , work menu at €12 + drinks, you can't find anything similar with this quality in the area, chapeau 🤗 I recommend booking 👍

13/11/2024: Very positive experience in this little restaurant just outside Varese, with management that knows everything about Thailand. Photographic menu that will help you choose which dishes to try: the Pad Thai is absolutely not to be missed, but everything else is also good. Don't miss one of the desserts prepared on the day, it will be the perfect icing on the cake! In addition to the good food (almost all freshly prepared but with perfect waiting times) and the environment (perhaps we expected it to be a little more characteristically "Thai"), what will remain in your mind are the owners and their service, the their stories, the advice and the time they dedicate to customers, both human and professional... very good! Prices are not so low (apart from a few small appetizers, the dishes are almost all around €16/18 each, desserts €7), but it should be considered that if you want they are single dishes so you could fill yourself up with just that because they are plentiful and complete. Always book because it is not large and welcomes reservations only.
