06/05/2026: Top hotel in a prime location right on Lake Varese. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms always fresh and clean. The view from the second floor on the lake side is stunning. Dining in the restaurant is also a treat. If I ever come back to Varese, I'll definitely stay there again.

31/03/2026: I dined at this pizzeria with normal expectations, which unfortunately weren't met. During the evening, we reported a clear problem to the waitress: the pizza dough was undercooked. To our credit, she was professional, immediately reporting the situation to the kitchen. However, no response came from the restaurant: no explanation, no attention to the table, not even a gesture to remedy the mix-up. When it came time to get the bill, €25.80 per person, we would have expected at least some minimal consideration for what had happened. Instead, we paid a whopping €26, with no attention whatsoever to the customer. It's a shame, because beyond the mistakes that can happen, what really makes the difference is how it's handled. In this case, management was lacking.

02/04/2026: Excellent location. It feels like a nice, welcoming place. The dishes are delicious, from appetizers to main courses. Thanks to the friendly innkeeper and the waiters, who have the right manners and a good wit, everything is even better. At the right price.

The location is splendid and created the perfect atmosphere for such an important day: elegant yet warm and welcoming. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, and every space contributed to making our wedding even more special. On the day of the ceremony, everything was handled impeccably. The staff was attentive, professional, and always discreet. We also received numerous compliments from our guests, particularly for the quality of the food, the service, and the overall organization of the day. Thank you so much to the entire Il Passerotto team for helping make our wedding a perfect and unforgettable day.

The staff keeps asking the clients if they have specific requests, so as a vegan, I had many great options. Also, very generous with toppings. Way beyond the expectations of a giropizza. Also very family-friendly with an indoor playground.

14/04/2026: Lunch during the week for my mom's birthday! What can I say? They were fantastic, they made everything right! We ate wonderfully! Everything was delicious! And the wait staff was incredibly helpful 💓

12/03/2026: Today's lunch menu was simply SCANDALOUS!! I ate fusilli with shrimp, zucchini, and saffron, overcooked pasta, nonexistent shrimp, and saffron purée. For the main course, the steak was overcooked, and the baked potatoes were not bad. Service: I came in at 12:20, left at 1:40, because the set menu was a bit too long. The bill was 15 euros, the set menu cost 4 euros, and I had a Coke, not even in the center of Milan. The atmosphere was poorly maintained. It's a shame I didn't take any photos to attach.

05/04/2026: I've been a customer for years. I call them to see if they have a cassata available. They reply via chat to tell me to come by... there's something. I drive for 40 minutes, then wait in line for 25 minutes. The only two I'd booked in advance didn't have anything. They could have said so over the phone or in chat, but can you imagine the difficulty? Better to waste an hour knowing it wasn't available... That's customer respect. We're closed.
