A pleasant surprise,
Recommended by friends, we came to Pancake Factory for an alternative snack.
The pancakes were delicious, fluffy, and prepared with great care. The girl at the bar recommended we sit at the tables along the river: it was a great idea, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The service was a bit slow, but when paying, they explained to us that, unfortunately, there were some network issues they were trying to resolve.
Despite this, my compliments to the two young staff members, who were always smiling and helpful; they managed to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
It's rare to find such friendly service in a stressful situation.
We'll definitely be back to try the brunches too!

A bit overrated, in my opinion. Pancakes lacking filling, Nutella that tasted like any other hazelnut spread, a bit dry and lacking in presence.
I wouldn't go back.

We were greeted by Alessio with a genuine smile and rare professionalism. From the first moment, he proved attentive, helpful, and capable of making every customer feel truly at ease. He expertly advised us on the dishes, anticipating our tastes naturally, without ever being intrusive.
His presence made the experience not only pleasant, but memorable. You can tell he loves his job and puts passion into every little detail, from the way he presents the dishes to the impeccable timing of the service.
We will definitely return, even if only to be fortunate enough to be served by him again. Alessio is one of those waiters who elevates the quality of a restaurant simply with their dedication.

Breakfast and brunch are top notch! In the summer, the lakeside setting is even better! The singing owner is an extra star! The staff is all young and they raise the bar.
