15/07/2025: Da mangiare si mangia bene, però il personale è scarso. Le ragazze parlano malissimo, rispondono male e se gli chiedi una cosa non te la portano stanno lì a chiacchierare tra loro. Non una volta ho mangiato 10 volte. Penso che mangio a questo ristorante solo che il personale è scarso zero tutto il resto mangiare tutto buonissimo.

30/06/2025: Siamo stati domenica a pranzo, cameriere molto disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Cibo buono del resto non era la prima volta, la qualità non manca. Sempre apprezzato il limoncello o meloncello che viene sempre offerto. Grazie a presto.

17/06/2025: I wandered in one morning and had one of the most enjoyable days ever. The place is beautiful and has wonderful outdoor seating in the garden, where I spent a pleasant afternoon reading one of the many books available for free. The manager was very kind. You can tell he cares about what he does and the quality of the food and service. I have never had a better experience in a bar before. I will remember this day for a long time. I highly recommend it.

03/08/2025: This comment refers only to the restaurant: the prices are fair, but one dish after another is a mistake: wild berry risotto is too acidic, spaghetti with prawns and lemon is very acidic, potatoes are extremely salty, and the wine we ordered was white, but it was red... at least we were asked the price of the white wine, since the red wine we were served cost almost double. It was good, of course, but it was a waste of money on the fish dishes... perhaps it was just a slip-up in the kitchen/service, because the fish soup was very good, on the other hand...

01/08/2025: We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary. But also several other important dates. La Vecchia Riva never disappoints! Excellent food, top-quality ingredients, fantastic views, always attentive and friendly staff.... In short, highly recommended!

24/05/2025: It's a winding but well-maintained road that takes you to the summit. A magnificent view from a well-appointed terrace where food is served awaits you at the end. You can stay there and sleep. All around, a magnificent forest to discover.

20/07/2025: Occasion: A friend's birthday. The waiters were very kind (just a misunderstanding about a missing item, but that can happen). I had a burger and found it satisfying. Others at the table had appetizers, tartare, and various pasta dishes, and it was all very good. The lemon/sage digestif sorbet went very well.

06/08/2025: Dinner for my 50th birthday. Everything was delicious, the fish was fresh and beautifully cooked. The cake, ordered directly from the restaurant, was perfect, just what I wanted, and very delicate. The evening was a complete success, thanks also to all the staff.

13/07/2025: We stumbled upon it purely by chance and, frankly, we had a great time. The only downside is the parking lot, which is a bit small. It holds about ten cars, but it's difficult to get out once you've filled up. Friendly service. We'll definitely be back, but it's best to book.

30/07/2025: Pizza eccellente... impasto molto leggero per cui molto digeribile. Una gran varietà di scelta, dalle classiche alle più originali, c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta. Sia la proprietaria che il pizzaiolo gentilissimi. La consiglio a tutti gli amanti della buona pizza.. mai mangiata così buona....

14/06/2025: I highly recommend trying this unique pizza. A huge thank you to whoever recommended this restaurant. The price is very reasonable for the quality, taste, and service. The Margherita is a different story. It deserves a 10/10 rating.

25/05/2025: A beautiful location and if you like classically decorated restaurants, you'll be in the right place. On the advice of the hotel where I stayed due to car trouble, I ended up here. The food was excellent. An amuse of tuna with caramelized onion, pre-stuffed squid with asparagus and as a main course delicious fish with mash. Friendly service that helped the crowds in a nice and smooth way. Nice place.

19/07/2025: I had dinner here last night with my family. Themed evening with karaoke. Wonderful experience, excellent food, we ate very well, the atmosphere was clean and well-kept. Welcoming, kind, and highly knowledgeable staff. I definitely recommend it!!!! Top! Also suitable for children.

27/03/2025: A welcoming pub, with excellent beers and traditional Lombard dishes. I was there to celebrate St. Patrick's Day with a delicious combo: oysters and stout. I'll be back soon to try everything else :D
